What's up I'm RedFalcon and right now I'm playing Mario Party Superstars for the Nintendo Switch. I might play minigames against the Master CPUs, I might play boards against characters like Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Rosalina, Birdo, Wario, Waluigi and more?! Is that all of them? We don't know yet! What we do know as that we can play Mario Party Superstars online on boards like Yoshi's Tropical Island, Peach's Birthday Cake, Space Land, Horror Land, and more! Idea: Everyone picks one button they can press during a round of Mario party [outside of board play], but everyone has to pick a different button.

Okay, okay. Let's add some fun into this mix...
All minigames.... but you can only choose one input to use per minigame.
That means only one button OR one direction on the left stick. You're allowed to press and let go of an input, you don't have to hold it, but that's the only control you're allowed to use for that specific minigame.
Shy Guy Says, this means you can only choose one flag, and the winner ties with whoever chooses the same input as them.
Tube It or Lose It, this means you just hope that the *single direction* that you choose goes in your favor, the opponent(s) don't read you, and the map is friendly.
Final Countdown essentially becomes only being able to jump in rhythm.
And Roll Call, this means you have to KNOW that you're counting right, you're not allowed to pick two directions, so this means only being able to count up, so if you go too far, that's it.
I'm sure there's other games that can be chaotic with this, Tidal Toss and Bobsled Run come to mind, but I'm not sure how those'll turn out.

@@kain_is_cool actually it's a little different. I think cotton candy is saying that you can only pick one button. For example, one person gets the "A" button and they can use the A button as much as possible, but they can't use any other.

Man, watching some of these, I'm just remembering back in the original Mario Party how so many of the mini-games would have the winners take coins from the losers.
What if you did this, but did it in a 10/15 round game? Only pressing "A" when necessary.

I'd love to see you try a "two face" run (like the Batman villain). So you flip a coin for every decision in the game like; do you buy a star, do you go left or right, etc.
I've never seen anyone have the same "don't pick your color" superstition with Bowser's big blast. I have never had a unique experience

I think this goes to show you that it's not the game, but the commentary that's amusing
10:56 and here we see the ancient summoning ritual where mario characters t-pose as long as possible to assert dominance, these contests can last hours as long as no character moves an inch.
The game has an algorithm to see if it is a tie or is everyone wins, for example, if everyone does nothing in Leaf Leap its a tie because no-one deserved coins because no one did anything, while if you tie in Leaf Leap for example at 144 yards than you win with the person you tied with. So if no-one does stuff than usually its a tie, games like Face Lift or Trace Race are an exception though because everyone gets the same points so everyone wins. In Speed Hockey everyone won because you all scored 1 point. I hope that makes sense to you.
13:50 She's also quite interesting design-wise, since she's not confirmed to be a princess of any kind despite wearing similar dress and crown as Peach or Daisy. But considering how she's taller than many other Mario characters, she might be of even higher royal rank, like a queen or an empress.🤔👸

In Sneak ‘n’ Snore, if the Chain Chomp’s “snooze bubble” is close to reaching it’s biggest possible size, let go of the joystick. Sneak ‘n’ Snore is notoriously known for have startup lag when you let go of the joystick and begin entering the barrel.
