6 Years Later- DeFever 44 Trawler Tour-Part 2-Exterior... A Love/Hate Relationship!

This is Part 2 of a 3 part boat tour series. Part 1 was the Interior, and Part 3 will be the engine room, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. After 6 years of ownership, I am going to tell you what I love, what I hate, and what I have changed and upgraded to the exterior of my 1989 DeFever Offshore Cruiser, (aka Trawler). Again, I am disclosing the associated costs with the repairs, changes, and upgrades to assist other prospective and current boat owners on what the financial implications can be for a vessel of this age, type, and make. Everything is a compromise in life, especially on a boat!
