No yelling in the kitchen, everybody making the best food they can make. Wood fired grill and fresh baked bread. Simple ingredients but the very best. How lucky to be able to eat here. I subscribed.
Communication in kitchen is crucial though. Its a different feeling but there is no restaurant in the world where kitchen is silent and calm place. Its like listening song recorded from studio with perfect audio and hearing same song live.

@@ScrewTH-camAndYourAutoNames It becomes hit or miss in my experience. They're not all necessarily mediocre. You would have to be carefully selective with who you let franchise to maintain quality.
We lived in a small farming Texas town. No business for kids to work except on the farm. It was 11 miles either direction for a hamburger. I started a burger business for my 2 kids [14 and 15 ] . They worked it by themselves on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. Although the wife and I would help if something big was happening for high school. Anyway, each one made about $300.00 a month after expenses. They had more money than any of their friends. Point is flipping burgers could be a good thing.
They're smoking and slicing their own bacon too... And actual _options_ for type of cheese. Detail work like this is what goes into a win. They don't quite make everything from scratch (ketchup, mustard, mayo ingredients in their sauce... beer in their beer-battered onion rings), but I'd definitely eat here. Though the guardless mandolins give me the creeping heebies. I know they're probably safe because they've been using them like that for so long... but personal experience of almost shaving my palm off (luckily I realized, stopped short, and only got a bit of a cut) cured me permanently of doing that.
I like how when he was putting sticks in to keep the burgers together he put the stick in from the side on the burger with the egg so he wouldnt pop the yolk.
I have watch many videos about South Korean food and two things that always impress me besides their dedication making it are 1- the pace for cooking and prepare ,they take their time,it seems that bosses does take pride in quality instead of quantity, cause there is nobody hurrying them and 2- the most important ..the cleanliness of these kitchens are awesome, all seems new even you see some wearing…Great video ..I will pay absolutely what their asking for very happy

This is the kind of restaurant I would love to work in. Everything made from scratch, and not some stupid fancy place, just an average shop that cares about what it makes and that the people that come there really appreciate the food
You say that but what if you are one of those people who would mess it up? Hope not. Sometimes I buy fastfood and I'm impressed, and the next time I go back, and what I boguht tastes like shit or is non-edible, because the people handling it didn't wash, had perfume, food not fresh, or some various problem. When you do this, it's added steps, so you need chefs or smarter workers to ahndle doing it on a daily basis, managing inventory, etc. even if it is easier when small, and even though you'd think 'burger flipping' and selling or managing it would be easy, it becomes extra work.I can't make an internet assumption but I can say there are plenty of people who would 'like' to do this but they'd fuck it up and simple things like hygene issues would happen from them as it happens randomly all the time; because those people handling don't really think gloves, hygene, etc. really matters even if they are clean and don't realize sometimes food can be unfresh or downright bad sometimes based on who is doing it. I think too, a lot of people don't realize 'work is work' once you are expert anything, you'd likely feel the same depending what it is, so it's not exactly good if you want to work there instead of elsewhere. For example I had a five-guys burger once and I was amazed, but I went later to another five-guys and the food was shit, it depends on a lot of facts and how well they stick to the regimen even if they claim it is more fresh somehow; it is obvious fresh ingredients make for amazing food both in health and taste, but some fail either by cutting corners on purpose or sheer negligence when it comes to handling food.

gotta give props to the grill guy for putting those great sear marks on the meat, despite the fact that people will not even notice it when they eat it
if he didn't turn the meat, it would be overcooked on one side cause the middle of the grill was hotter, that is why he made a circle with all the patties and the turning of the meat insures that even cooking is taken place. the marks on the meat are a side affect of properly cooking on that type of stove.

@@Trips57 It was probably only quiet for the purposes of the video shoot, though, so...
It’s almost 22 minutes & I didn’t notice I watched whole 22 minutes without skipping 😋😋😋
Damn you must be some chicken mc nugget sized obesed Macbama extra large fries to do that.
The quality of ingredients and the attention to detail was just incredible.
I know, right!!!
Truly unbelievable!
When this video popped up, I almost skipped over it, but for some reason decided to go ahead and click it. Then I sat there and watched the entire thing from start to finish. Absolutely amazing. They make everything from scratch. Make their own bacon make their own buns make their own hamburger. And then the tender care that they took to assemble everything. They didn't just slop it all together as fast as possible like American restaurants do. My hat off and salute to you!

For 22 minutes and 56 seconds, we were all free from sadness, depression, missing loved ones who have passed on, heartbreak, and fear. Only hunger remained in the place they once occupied.
Sounds like something out of Toriko

Sadness and depression was the only thing I got from this video.
This video proves that if you’re dedicated enough, you can turn ANYTHING into an Art Form. 😮
Even though this is A LOT of work for a burger, you can physically see the love and care that goes into each ingredient. No detail is missed especially in the little things! Hope to eat there one day.
Good tasting food takes a long time.
Are we watching the same video.......they missed a whole bunch of stuff.....no bread crumbs, no egg in the burger
, no onions........no flavor of any sort in the beef......this is not how you make a burger.........so what if they got fancy with the toppings......this isn't a video on the best toppings......nothing in the burger is crap........if this is sold out everyday then clearly they are selling to people that don't know any better.......They don't even speak English......go watch BBQ pit boys.......they will show you how to make a real burger......not this shite.

This Korean burger is great (I have had it) but it’s a rip off of SASEBO burger (which is better) based in japan. So I can see why this place is closed closed now.

Geez they even make their own buns, they definitely deserved the win.
And their own green leaves😂
They're smoking and slicing their own bacon too... And actual _options_ for type of cheese. Detail work like this is what goes into a win. They don't quite make everything from scratch (ketchup, mustard, mayo ingredients in their sauce... beer in their beer-battered onion rings), but I'd definitely eat here.
Though the guardless mandolins give me the creeping heebies.
I know they're probably safe because they've been using them like that for so long... but personal experience of almost shaving my palm off (luckily I realized, stopped short, and only got a bit of a cut) cured me permanently of doing that.
Cut the tip of my pinky off on one, makes me cringe thinking about it.

If it's even close to as good as this place looks, I'll be a happy camper. Gotta love and respect Koreans! I’ve never seen so much dedication put into making burgers before! 😳 I can only imagine what they taste like!

And literally burning his own hand on hell fire to get the perfect pattern. That's dedication.
if he didn't turn the meat, it would be overcooked on one side cause the middle of the grill was hotter, that is why he made a circle with all the patties and the turning of the meat insures that even cooking is taken place. the marks on the meat are a side affect of properly cooking on that type of stove.
