While respecting administrative cultures and traditions of each Member State, the European Commission is in a unique position to propose model competence frameworks, and foster collaboration for knowledge exchange and mutual learning. Special focus will be on how administrations can harness in-house capacities.

About the Creative Bureaucracy Festival:
On 13 June 2024, the Creative Bureaucracy Festival triumphantly returned for its 7th edition in Berlin! The festival saw over 1,850 international participants from 50 countries from government, politics, civil society, and other change-making organisations gathering to share and celebrate outstanding examples of innovative public administrations.
The festival featured four dynamic stages and four immersive workshop tracks, creating a vibrant main programme for the day. Attendees were treated to a variety of engaging formats, including insightful keynotes, panels, interactive workshops, round tables, and even a cruise.
