  • @sammymoynihan6293
    @sammymoynihan6293 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Have you tried filling the balloons with water first? It's easier to remove the balloons as you can just slowly drain the water out and the ballon becomes smaller so you can just pull it out. Also, you can use a bit of water to get rid off the frosting inside the globe so they are clearer and you can see the objects inside. Slowly rotate a small amount of water inside the balloon and then just make sure to drain all the water out.

    • @BrittneeKay
      @BrittneeKay  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Cool! Yeah if the water helps things not stick as much that is great!

  • @barry4967

    Do you dip balloons in chocolate too (like for the questioner’s hot air balloon)?

    • @BrittneeKay
      @BrittneeKay  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you can totally dip the balloons in chocolate instead of gelatin! Make sure it is tempered and you can just pop the balloons in the fridge to set up quick and then pop the balloon and peel off just the same :)

    • @BrittneeKay

      @@BrittneeKay after putting on a cake, and storing it in the fridge will it get affected? Or melt?

    • @BrittneeKay
      @BrittneeKay  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@florido5491 I wouldn't place the domes on cupcakes or anything too far in advance. I haven't tried but my guess is that moisture from the frosting will start to cause the part touching to get a bit soft. I also wouldn't store them in the fridge because there could be moisture in there that could also affect the domes. Just store them at room temp and keep them dry until use! Hope this helps! :)

      It won't set up right I don't think because Jello also will have sugar and maybe other ingredients in it. These set up hard because they're pure gelatin. Почему нет перевода?! Всё очень классно,но много чего не понятного из за отсутствия перевода. Желе сладкое или нет, ведь если на десерт,то лучше сладкое. И из чего фигурки?

      Жаль, что нет перевода. Я не совсем уверен, что это то, что я могу сделать автоматически через TH-cam.
      Фигурки изготовлены из моделирующего шоколада. Посмотрите, как это сделать здесь: th-cam.com/video/22-IT-N021s/w-d-xo.html

    Instead use the gelatine , would be better create a sugar sphere with Isomalt … more easy and much better

      Yes for sure the sugar spheres taste better and can look better, but these are easier to make for beginners. There are multiple great techniques you can use depending on what you're looking for! Always good to have options :)

    I think you had to grease the balloons

      If you grease the balloons then the gelatin won't stick when dipping :)

    I don't think balloons are food safe

      Well you don't eat the balloons

      They aren't. I really want to try this technique but it's already been banned in Denmark because they did a spot check after a video went viral with this idea and found like 95% of latex balloons had illegal chemicals on the outside from the manufacturing process, and both heat and food exposure created further risks of contamination. A food safe latex glove might be an option though.
