Well that didn't go to plan. Stuffed up my new guitar on day 4 of owning it.

New (used) guitar had a crackle in the jack thanks to some rust. I figured I'd just pop in a new port and be done with it.
Uh, no.
Ended up chasing ground faults in the house and pulling apart my studio space trying to figure out why it didn't sound right.
