A simple majority, or a Super Majority. The House of Representatives can file Articles of Impeachment with the Senate after a Simple Majority of 1. If men are willing to share the work/life load the couples based analysis can work. Should have asked him if he's pro family planning and parental leave for both parents to clear the air.

More importantly, the UN has done estimates of global population against climate induced sea level rise and forced migration from coastal areas, and they model 'exclusivist' vs 'inclusive' (extreme conservative isolationism vs moderate liberal cooperation) and find what will stabilise global populations in controlled positive growth is the latter (inclusive) and what will destabilise into steeper rises and falls is the former (exclusive). And obviously dealing with climate change in the first instance is the main factor.
The kicker is "it's not a population issue". He wants an alternative to the immigration issue, but it's just the same old decline of family culture' and 'married couples', rather than the more obvious: decline/apprehension of economic development and human security; i.e. quality of life.

He yelled and screamed at everyone and was drunk every night. 10+ crown lagers every night. It’s horrendously unhealthy to grow up in that kind of home.
