for the people trying it... i would recommend you to dice the onion instead of cutting it like this... the caramelization is more uniform and it melts better with the cream... also easier to eat! enjoy :3
It’s so annoying when they don’t put the recipe on screen or in the description, and you have to go to the website. It automatically puts me off which is a shame as this looks really Good.
On his TikTok channel it seems like his older videos have everything listed out in those descriptions. But not for his latest videos on there it seems, kind of like this one on TH-cam.

Be aware that fresh pasta cooks a lot faster than dry.
It wouldn't be an exact replacement, but the best non-alcoholic alternatives would be broth, probably chicken or vegetable in this case, or a juice like grape or apple. Make sure to taste for seasoning, as any alternative would change the saltiness/sweetness of the recipe depending on what was used.

@@lizh4933 Filled pasta is always served with a simple and light sauce: butter + sage, olive oil and Parmigiano, a simple tomato sugo for example. So you taste the filling. The addition of suspicious spice sauces to camouflage the ingredients, also heavy cream is a no-no. The overload of flavours is an American thing. You know how Italians make a sauce with spinach?
This sauce is appalling and no Italian would ever make it. It starts off looking like he’s making French onion soup and doesn’t get much better. The reduced cream must make it so claggy and heavy. Random chopped spinach and what looks like thyme? Should be much simpler. Sorry to the creator for being so critical but it just looks bad to me.
Everything starts with an onion.
Butter and garlic
When you’re italian yes
Yes but not that much fucking onion. Ridiculous 😂
@@VampireSockhow is it ridiculous, that much onion will be reduced to like 1/3 or 1/4 after caramelization is completed lol
Nope, it starts with intent
You know this!!

I also recommend blending the ingredients to make a thick and creamy sauce. You wouldn’t need as much cream either.
Good insight thank you
also, add the wine only after the food starts to stick to the pan (this is a term called deglazing)
This looks really good can you please give us a full list of ingredients
Looks so amazing - I can't wait to try it and feed it to my family. Thank you!

Onions and pasta are such a fun combo!
ohhh old youtube is so back and i love it
Oh... i feel so hungry now... amazing sauce. I think i am gonna try it.
Maybe caramelize the onions next time
the onions do not have to be caramelized in every single dish
@@uranus-h- They do when it's called Ravioli with caramelized onion sauce
oh sorry i didn't see the dish's name lol
I knowwww

Thank you!
Looks great but I would probably blend the sauce before adding in the ravioli. Looks like a great option to double batch and freeze the extra.
This video was simply gorgeous!❤

With the amount of onions, perfect for people who don't have a social life.

What non alcoholic ingredient can i substitute the white wine with
Yeah, i don't drink either so i never have wine at hand

You can use Apple juice eg 1/4 cup instead of alcohol and add 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar. Check for seasoning and adjust
@@pjydks sounds like apple cider vinegar wouldn't be a bad choice
it kind of depends why you’re substituting alcohol, but remember that if you cook it through the alcohol will evaporate.
When he put in chilli oil, I was convinced.
This pasta is bussin idc what anybody says.
Yes please.
Looks great 👍
This pasta looks amazing 😊
Great video thanks for the inspiration
I can only imagine a date scene with this dish 😋 😍👩🤵
Oehhh a little mushroom would be great in there!
I’m disliking coz no recipe and im not going to ur website
00:25 What's the brand and size of the pan you are using, please?
Ingredients list?
it's behind a pay wall apparently
What if you are not a fan of eating big onions? Can you replace with mushrooms and use minced or grated onions instead to keep the flavor?
you can definitely caramelize diced onions. i don’t know about grated though. also mushrooms would add a ton of flavor
Guy`? how can i cook this when there is NO RECIPE?
i wont sub your page hahahahah wtf
Que delicia! Gracias.
Ohhh that’s gonna make a gassy night mannnn 💨 but I’ll take my chances 😅
I think I’ve tasted this sauce somewhere before but with some fresh button mushrooms and the onion!
I wish my future is as white n bright as American onions
I wish they would post where they got their pans from 😭
Yum
Delicious recipes and food could you maybe make a lasagna recipe it's my favorite food i woud be so greatful to you thank you so much :)
Holy cow that's a lot of onions.
How many onions did yuz put in da sauce?
Tree. Tree small onions.
How many cans of tomatus?
Two. Two big cans.
😊
Yummy
Can I get some pasta with those onions 🌰
Any reason for cutting the onions orbitally and not pole-to-pole?
I checked the description but it didn’t say anything, what’s the red sauce at the end? Sundried tomato? Some chilli oil? What is that?
Chili oil probably
Povera pasta!

Onions,spinach and cooking cream?Are you serious?🤢🤮
What is the dark sauce pls
Chilli oil
Anyone could describe the ingredients?
Recipe behind a paywall... sucks
What white wine should I use?
Any kind you can drink. If you wouldn't drink it, don't cook with it. I like a pinot grigio to be honest.
Is that sherry he added?
Ukw, dislike for not mentioning the ingredients and any instruction.
Literally what ever..
What’s the sauce he poured at 0:39?
Looks like a Calabrian chili oil
🎉
What website?????? No web address provided in notes. Frustrating
