I've had good luck with Apex AHG1100 and the Reinforced Fel-Pro. both have joined fire rings and in the corner that likes to blow the Apex has a fat fire ring and Fel-Pro uses a metal "clip" to keep it from blowing. Prefer the Apex but going to hit the track and see which one holds up. The Mopar ones seem to be junk they always blowout in the corners and cost as much as the cometic.
For the head surface I use a $5 piece of flat tile and sandpaper spray glued to "resurface" the head.

The first HG we used was a Magnum - which I think we believed were the OEM of the MP head gaskets. It now has an MP HG installed. After reviewing the initial assembly footage, I do think it was torqued properly. So either the bolts stretched or the HG squished over time. In either case, we'll be re-torqueing to be sure clamping is maintained. In retrospect, it started leaking at stock boost with stock timing after seeing a temp flash - which was exhaust gas hitting that in-head temp sensor early on in testing.
