If we subtract the Total Intangible Assets from Shareholder equity then the Tangible book Value would be 229,681,000, not 252,691,000
6:55 On goodwill, shouldn’t it be what you overpay vs book value, rather than what it trades for (market capitalization). Otherwise, this is a great video.
Can/should I also use this for long term dividend companies? When I do this most of them have a Tangible book Value that's in the minus and if I do the current assets - current liabilities it's also below 1. Thank you in advance
