here is my problem I have been making losses trying to make trade. I thought to trade demo is just like the real..can anyone help me out or at least tell me on what to do.
you must have these things in mind 1. Have a long term mindset. 2. Be willing to take *risk*. 3. Be careful, if you're not spending to earn back, then stop spending. 4. Never claim to know - Ask questions and it's best you work with an assistant.
I been trying to study technical analysis for awhile now. Have a small grasp on it but how would i go about trading without technical analysis or should i use a combination of everything like news and technical analysis? It just gets very daunting to me when I’m sitting there looking at charts and trying to determine if i’m right or wrong! I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $300K for sometime now, I would greatly appreciate any suggestions
When it comes to investing in stocks, one of the biggest mistakes investors can make is throw in the towel right when we hit a bear market bottom and the indexes find support and start to surge. I've been in touch with a coach for awhile now mostly cause I lack the depth knowledge and mental fortitude to deal with these recurring market conditions, I nettd over $220K during this dip, that made it clear there's more to the market that we avg joes don't know.

Your doing all the right stuff. Because it's new it feels strange. It won't after a while. This is the process of adopting new habits. It will all come automatically after a while. You get so good you realize when you are ignoring key processes and you get mad at yourself. When this happens you know you are on the right track.
if you are new to this you can always start with demo trade. When you are more confident about your skill start with a couple thousand dollars ONLY. Also not every trader does the same. The Humble Trader's trading style is very in depth in her home works, conservative in a good way, but also has the balls of steel to ride the stock from $1 to $5 when she sees the sign. At least that's what I see from her videos. I don't know how successful she actually trades.
I am actually learning more as a beginner from this Lady than other video presenters. She explains the details that others miss. It is helpful to hear things that others take for granted that we are hardwired for. I had almost given up on this journey till coming here. I was late signing up for her course but these videos are pretty complete for details. Well worth the time. THANK YOU.
I just deposited 50k to my Fidelity account . Once money settles I'm going to leave 25k in there and use the other 25k to start my day trading journey. What platform are you using ? You use your phone often?

Shay, just wanted you to know, I have watched many people teaching and sharing online, for free, with a fee, you name it. I was kind of learning but not retaining (many dots not connected). I immediately found myself grasping and learning minutes into your video. I learned so much from just the first video I watched. And, you are so funny, and you made stock investing seems so much easier to understand. Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?

I've been trading stock for a long time and have seen many how to traded videos. I'm a novice swing trader and feel like a true noob after watching a few of your videos. Love them! In this one, I stumbled at about the 9:20 mark when discussing Resistance and Support... identifying them. It went by quickly... even though I rewound and rewatched several times. I'll look for a better explainer on how to identify these elsewhere, but input here would be welcome too. As well as... what do the candlesticks tell us? I mean, for every Buyer, there is a Seller. For every Seller, there is a Buyer... what determines if the bar is green or red?

@7:36 She talking about volume ... Note that the volume rise before the break out is on a two min chart & and when she referring to the consistent volume that's on the daily chart.
I'm a novice swing trader and feel like a true noob after watching a few of your videos. Love them! In this one, I stumbled at about the 9:20 mark when discussing Resistance and Support... identifying them. It went by quickly... even though I rewound and rewatched several times. I'll look for a better explainer on how to identify these elsewhere, but input here would be welcome too. As well as... what do the candlesticks tell us? I mean, for every Buyer, there is a Seller. For every Seller, there is a Buyer... what determines if the bar is green or red?

Nice clear strategy. The problem is Finviz free version is much delayed. So it is useless and you cannot get data outside trading hours
