    This is great! Would love to see a healthy spin on classic Jamaican 🇯🇲 meals or Jamaican inspired meals. Things like Curried Goat, jerk chicken and festivals, oxtails and rice & peas etc thank you!!

    Use Unbleached parchment paper when you roast the veggies for easy cleanup!

    These recipes look delicious. You are very entertaining to watch. I clicked on your link to look at the recipes. How do you calculate the sodium? Does your total sodium count include the "pinch of salt to taste"? I usually don't add the extra salt and up the garlic/onion powder, chili, etc. to add more flavor.

    1st Kev thanks for showing polenta some love. I'm surprised speaking of southern food. I figured you'd make Shimp and polenta together
    I'm also surprised that you didn't make a Po' boy
