My Grandfather lived right across from the rail yard you turned around at. Some of my fondest memories are sitting on the front porch with him in the 70’s, watching the diesels pull in and out of that yard all day. Thanks for the video.
Main Street in West Brownsville is the original Route 88 that went up the hill through Blainsburg right across from where you filmed the first Train. All those Coal cars come through Waynesburg from Baily, Enlow, and Harvey mines. They will also be hauling sand on that line into the old Emerald complex in the very near future.
In West Brownsville it’s mostly Norfolk Southern but CSX does make appearances due to trackage rights. Norfolk Southern has a yard in West Brownsville but it’s a shell of its former self. Great video!
i had a friend that lived right where you're at, i have seen that train or trains coming down the street...first time I saw a train running the street like that i was shocked ...great video
Yup old brown town is kinda tight to git around..and I sware every time I see you you look like someone I know from highschool..and yah you will see some weird stuff around here..
Wait until you feel several of those locomotives powering up from a dead stop. You totally can feel both of the air and ground vibration from a good distance away.
Man your real close to where I live dam I wish I would known u was going there id came down to meet you crap..dam I wish you could said something before u got there man I kinda know where u are..
I'm glad you've been taking more train videos lately! This is the county I live in. I've done lots of photo-railfanning in Brownsville but never took a video there before. About ten years ago there was still lots of Conrail blue running on all those coal trains.
Man, I would love to be there to capture shots of the trains sitting there. That is awesome to get that close. Not okay to do that where I live. Just too many people doing crazy stuff. But then again it is California.
I am in South Brownsville at the fire hall every Wednesday night the train goes through every time night

Used to live on that street, if you don’t live or come back at a certain time you’re screwed.
Great Video, These trains are pulling coal from one of the mines near Morgantown, WV
On 6th Street in Columbus, Georgia, there is a street running track the crosses Veterans Parkway.
They do same thing in my hometown of Dallas Texas for dart rall and streetcar.
Awesome video
Love it!
That was definitely cool. It might be interesting to just watch the yard for awhile. See them coming in and leaving.
Great catch Wally

Trying to imagine what it’s like living on that street .
Extremely noisy and annoying when leaving for work especially.
What a cool video! You can tell the first was full by how low it was and second empty. Never notice that before. Thanks you two!
Could you maybe try raising caines one day if u get a chance and if you ever go to Alabama try out Guthrie’s fried chicken it’s amazing
