Excellent looking wine. Exceptional patience waiting 8 months. And.... your alc % is higher. Your last reading is 0.994 from what I could see.

What great technique my friend. Wine looks excellent. 15% that's steep my friend no wonder it's dry.

Just picked three 5 gallon buckets of peaches! Fingers crossed mine turns out as well as yours! I’ve enjoyed all your peach wine videos today while searching for recipe ideas!

I love peach wine. I am not a wine connoisseur, I like it sweet.

Sounds like it's tasting good and the backsweetening should help balance out that dryness, for sure.
    Great video, buddy.
    Cheers!

What is the name of that hand operated machine mincing the peaches. ? Could be used for apples?
    Prost.

Not sure its a fruit grinder , I plan on using it for apples , used it on pears also

@@StoneyardVineyards Thanks for that. I went back and had a look at the pear video. I few years ago I made my own press but couldnt grind the apples up properly. The whole process damn near killed me and havnt done it again since. The year before that I used a friends juicer and that worked well but came close to burning the motor out. Im thinking of using that fruit grinder like yours and then putting it through a juicer. Cheers for that. Prost.
