Toca just won't work for me on PCSX2, it keeps either being blurry or missing part of the screen. Driving Emotion Type-S is more flawed than I thought, apparently some of the tracks weren't polished enough. I tried driving the GT-ONE on Suzuka and it fell through the road at one point. I find the sound is most accurate in Forza Motorsport 6 as the one in GT5/GT6 seems to sound too high pitched but that is just my preference :). I still like the sounds from GT2/GT3/GT4 the best even if those games didn't have a cabview for the car at the time.
@@RandomCarGuy17 To be honest the newer sounds from those games made the car sounded like a distressed bee or wasp. Shame they didn't use the FM6 recordings and also if only the GT6 game was available for PC. I would have made a sound mod because its easier to mod a game on the PC compared to the consoles which is too limiting for modders.

You should try getting it now, like I did back in June earlier this year. Trust me, I've been dying for that thing since my childhood, but gave up and decided to come back this year. You'll feel much better once you get it right away!
It takes a while to get since you have to win GT All Stars on Pro difficulty, but it's worth getting. You can also drive it in Arcade Mode by winning races on hard difficulty. My advice for when you get to professional mode is to save before the final race. The reason I say this is that you can reload your save point there if you get the wrong prize car after winning the championship. It's a trick I've used to get prize cars I want.
@@RandomCarGuy17. If you are on PS2 there is also a cheat you can to pick whatever car you want in a championship. But I beleive this only works on a PS2 and not an emulator. Basically when you win race and you see the 4 dark silhouettes of the prize cars, you can quickly pick one by pressing a button on your controller, to select the bottom car, press triangle, to select the top one, press X, to select the right one press O, and to select the left one press square. I haven't played GT3 in years, but if one of you would to like to test this, you can try to and then maybe upload a video to show people how to do it perfectly.
I was unable to record GT5 at the time for various reasons such as not having enough room on my HDD for installation (because I had GT6 plus other things on there). Also, I thought it would've made things redundant to use footage for more than one GT game per generation. Now though, that's less of an issue since I since upgraded my PS3's HDD and have both games installed on it now.

Noo I'm a long term gt fan but gt5 & up ruined the sound. Vaccum cleaner lol. Even tho Project Cars 2 has the best realistic sound...you can't beat that aggressive nastalgic sound of gt2-4....omg😩👌👌👌
@@MBballer2 Indeed, I remember one of the biggest complaints about GT5 when it released were the sounds. Though I think GT Sport was a big improvement on car sounds in general.

It's between FM6 and PC2 for me. One of GT5 & 6's biggest downfalls is the car audio, so that's not really a surprise.

I think there's a Toyota GT-ONE also in Test Drive Le Mans, an old PS1 game released almost in the same timeline as GT2
