I have discovered that I have 3 of these items (counting the free wheel, disconnect, and white flag as one item), I also have the old Hotwheels 50th anniversary items
Fun fact: Taco boost was kinda-sorta a player request. I might be able to find it if I looked hard enough, but as I recall it went something like this: Redditor: Churro topper or I uninstall Psyonix (either Devin or Corey, I think): Would you accept Taco boost as a substitute Redditor: Make it chicken tacos and we'll talk (or something like that)
I don't know if there is direct relation, since it would involve asking Psyonix directly for confirmation, but former RLCS pro PlutoRL mentioned on Twitter on April 28th that he'd like the opposite of the Poof goal explosion that comes with the Rocket Pass 3 (RP3 was announced April 9th, released April 17th, 2019), meaning he wanted a nuclear bomb explosion that'd blow up the entire stadium lol. Almost exactly 5 months after that tweet (September 27th, 2019), Psyonix announces the Twitch Gaming loot items (previously known as Twitch Prime), one of those items is the Tactical Nuke Goal Explosion (in pack 4 of the loot). It doesn't blow up the entire stadium but it does a good job at blinding the crap out of players who get to see it. Now, did others suggest a nuke goal explosion? Probably, but I do think it's very likely Pluto had some influence in getting it made. Funny thing is I told this story on Twitter recently and he replied saying he had forgotten about his tweet lol.
Like I said, if you bought RL at *any* time before free to play it was included as a common item. It's only since free to play that it seems those items are not made available.

@@fullbeans983 Actually, there kind of is. Those rewards weren't given out for just 'playing' the alpha/beta. You actually had to complete certain objectives to earn them.

I actauly have the exact Item called the White Hat and I'm serious I found a bug back a while ago where you could duplicate goals in conpetive duos and reported it and I got the white hat I am so glad that sledge actually says there are no more in existence so people don't lie

@@xdflamez A silver could do those things if they trained mechanics hard. But if you're are silver three I'd assume you either are trying to do those too much in rank or lacking in other areas that are needed to rank up. All depends on your goals for RL. If rank isn't important it really doesn't matter. For contrast I do none of those things and I'm Champ.

I honestly wanna know what's up with the "Dayne's Cake" topper and about the "Taco Fish" (if either has a story) As well as you can tell the story about the "Rhino" wheels, those have an amazing story! If possible, you can maybe even talk about why they changed the starter pack, so you don't get an "Endo" anymore, but you get one of the newer cars. It's like they are trying to cover up the fact the Endo ever existed :thinking:

Everyone probably knows these items already, but what about the Alpha items/ rewards? For newer players who don't know what they are.
Played the Alpha for the alpha, beta for beta. The clue is in the names. There isn't a story to tell.
