Seeing you instantly break down in to tears when iroh grabs zuko for the tightest hug in history and stroked zukos hair(the way loving father would), made me cry. Again. As a father myself that scene always gets me.
This is one of the best scenes in any media I’ve ever seen. The voice acting, the animation, the direction, the music is all perfect, even a bit of humor is sprinkled in. Where it really shines though is in its depiction of male familial love and forgiveness, which is so rare to see represented like this. We know Iroh, so theoretically we know that Iroh will forgive Zuko; the show, however, masterfully puts us in Zukos POV and makes us anxious right along with him. Fear is a liar and makes us believe the worst of people. Their reconciliation is so beautiful and it makes me tear up just thinking about it.
@Reactsandgames when I watched it with my wife for the first time 2 years ago(rest her soul), she would cry alot and said I was heartless if I didn't cry during certain scenes previously. But when I saw iroh grab zuko that first time, we had to pause it. That scene had me ugly crying for an hour. No lie :) pure perfection.
Bro, dont fight the tears, let them flow. Zuko and iroh reuniting gets me everytime. The shows rewatchability is exactly what you think. Thank you guys for letting us rewatch it with you. And remember, today, destiny is our friend.
I love that Aang’s true battle isn’t with Ozai, but instead himself. Do his beliefs still belong in this world? Does he save the world but destroy what’s left of his culture to do so? He’s able to overcome evil with his pure heart, indomitable will and unbending spirit. He fulfills his destiny not only as the Avatar, but also as the Last Airbender.
Asng proves that being yourself is more powerful than any element. Not once did he question himself. Not once did he let the peer pressure, the words of past avatars, or even zuko persuade him to take ozai's life. Even with all the rage of the past avatars flowing through him, he chose not once, but twice to not kill. It's a powerful statement about strength of self is what will make us persevere through the hardest of times
@@ShadowRyu an awesome but underrated detail is the fact that Katara and Sokka are the ones to assure the others that Aang will handle things on his own end. Originally it was the three of them, they’ve grown together and trust each other.
Air Nomads won in the end through Aang. Aang didn't betrayed his culture, his identity. Their ideals live on, showing that no, Ozai and Sozin were wrong, they are not weak, they are powerful and their morals still exist strongly in Aang.
Brings us back to when Katara faced Yon Rha - was she weak for not doing it the way she herself expected to or was she strong for finding another way to deal with her grief. Aang and Katara has mirrorred each other throughout it is so lovely.
The Zuko and Azula fight and music always makes me tear bend no matter how many times I've seen it! The most heartbreaking storyline of the show and gives Zuko serious main character energy. This story is equally about Zuko's journey as it is about Aang's journey and their intertwined path, past, and destiny.
Totally agree! And the soundtrack hits HARD! I hate that TH-cam don’t allow me to post too much of it because it’s such an amazing soundtrack! Some of the best is in this episode!
Yeah. But I have to say, I hate that the writers kind of put an asterisk on Zukos win against Azula. Especially after everything he’s been through. The writers basically said that Zuko only beat Azula because she was unhinged.
@@Kayoss13212i mean Zuko was already going toe to toe with her during the boiling rock episodes and after. i don’t think thats what they meant, if anything i think Azula is even more dangerous while unhinged, she was still an insane firebender even while going crazy
@@schizzzzz8912 She's more ferocious and Zuko still probably wins at the end of the day at this point but the point I feel they were making is that as she slips more and more he gains more as he learns to firebend the right way. She starts losing it (he fights her on the zeps and points this out) and he gets way better. He starts being more stationary and leaning into his breakdancing style while she stops using the precise 2 finger firebending style. Like she gets beat because she forgets there's water grates on the ground, S2 Azula would never do that. Her mental stability is definitely the reason Katara beat her on the comet.
@@arexyouxepicxenough i agree on that, theres no way Katara 1v1s there if shes sane, but i think Zuko would, he grew and got really powerful and he was always pretty smart.
Aang here was just 12 (mentally and physically). He's literally just a kid, and not just any kid, he's an air nomad kid who was taught not to seek violence as the answer to anything, that's why he refused to kill Ozai. He already lost his people, he didn't want to lose his identity as an air nomad too. And for Ozai, losing his firebending is a much much worse punishment than death. For his entire life he was holding on to that power. It's who he was, a firebender who seeks more power by using his ability to bend fire. A firebending prodigy, now has to live the rest of his life without the ability to just light a fire with a simple finger snap has to feel awful. It's like he's stripped out of his own identity. God, I love this show.
You are two of the sweetest most genuine people I’ve ever seen react to this show, and I absolutely loved watching your journey! I can’t wait for KORRA!!! You both will love her journey, and the journey of all of the characters.
What an ending and what a legacy isn't it? Speechless. I have watched so many reactions to this masterpiece. It hits different every time. We all share this legacy.
You two are so wholesome. It’s like watching two golden retrievers do TH-cam reactions. (That’s a compliment in case it doesn’t translate well from American)
I said I’d come back to talk about the music and now we’re here. The music in this series is phenomenal, it perfectly matches the scenes. I mentioned in one of your earlier videos that they play a specific motif/song when Aang and Katara have a moment together. During the invasion, when they share their first on-screen kiss, the music swells but then suddenly fades with the melody unresolved. It shows that while their feelings are there, they’re just not ready to be a couple yet with the war going on. However, the same theme plays during Aang and Katara’s kiss in the finale. Yet this time, as they settle more into the kiss, music soars and swells. Then the melody harmonizes and resolves, because now there is no longer any confusion in how they feel about each other. Jeremy Zuckerman is a phenomenal composer in conveying the character’s feelings in his music.
Dude! The music on this show….outstanding!!! I’m a HUGE composer fan and he killed it with the music in this show! I wanted to put SOOO much more music into the video but TH-cam hates it! Haha. The Azula zuko fight soundtrack, insane! The slow mo lighting towards Katara music, insane! Aang taking Ozai’s firebending music, insane!!! Just soooo many unbelievable instrumental pieces placed perfectly into the show! Really, really impressed! I actually checked for the soundtrack on Apple but only found book 1. Not checked all the tracks so maybe there is a mixture! Thanks for watching with us!
@@Reactsandgames I agree that it’s a bummer that the soundtracks for Books 2 and 3 haven’t been released. Book 1 just got released about a year ago so maybe it’s just a matter of time. My favorite sound track is called “Into the Nighttime Sky.” It plays at the end of a few episodes and they used its melody in the last scene of the show.
@Reactsandgames also when you watch it again, pay close attention to zuko in that final fight. In the beginning of the show he fought like azula. Sporadic, wild, using anger and rage to fuel his battles. Then in that final fight watch zuko. He literally doesn't move from his spot, even when azula is wildly flying about. He keeps his stance. He is so solidly grounded that all he does is turn his body. He doest run, doest jump. And he most certainly doesn't let her "break his root". The detail and the time the animators took to show that is pure genius
The story of Zukos mom (what happened to her, where she is at, and even diving more into zulo and azulas relationship) was told in the comic book The search. It was amazing! There is actually a motion comic video of it on youtube where you can watch it being told. It would be an interesting reaction if you guys choose to do it.
The war began with an unprecedented act of violence, with Sozin commiting a genocide against the Air Nomads. The war ended with an unprecedented act of mercy, with Avatar Aang sparing Ozai’s life despite Ozai’s own atrocities.
Liam & Steph. Wow, what a journey. Can’t believe it’s over. ATLA finale will go down in history as one of the greatest finales for any series (live action or animation) No matter how many times I rewatch it. It always gets me right in the feels. Can’t wait to see what other content you’ll be reacting too! Cheers! (Netflix live action series?)
Appreciate it SO much, thank you! We’re currently a few episodes deep into Korra! Ep 1 will drop later today. 😃 thank you again for watching this series with us!!
Remember Ty Lee story, she's have 6 sister who look exactly like her, she doesn't have her own name, and she hate that. That's why she join circus. But in the end she still join kyoshi warriors, with uniform who look exactly the same. She now just except that.
Toph is the only one who can metal bend at that time coz she’s invented it, the first one. Imagine to those firebenders that toph fights, fighting a little girl who bend a thing that impossible to bend
Little fun fact: you always have two electric wounds, an entry wound and an exit wound. Zuko however was able to safely guide the electricity out of him after getting struck. So he has only one wound (entry no exit). P.S. if you didn’t see it Aang’s exit wound from Azula is on his foot.
Thank you so much for sharing your Avatar experience with us! It’s really wonderful to see people truly moved by something that has such a special place in so many hearts. I grew up obsessed with the sciences and Avatar was really my only experience with cultures that had regular spiritual practices. Rewatching Avatar while studying for my degree in physics lead me to become religious (quantum mechanics and ancient spiritual practices share some rather stunning connections). It’s also a show that features a literal roadmap in how to reward an audience for any exercise in patience on behalf of a given characters, which not only grounds the plot but puts emphasis on the writing, which is damn near flawless! It’s a stunning piece of art both literally and metaphysically, so thank you again for sharing your experience with it, it was healing ❤
Thank you so much for watching with us! It’s such an amazing show and I’m so happy we got to watch it for the first time with you guys! I truly see why the show is so loved! Thank YOU again for watching with us❤️
I love your reactions from start to finish, you're so wholesome! It's great to live in a world where we are able to experience a show that means so much to us over and over again, seeing people experience it for the first time. I've rewatched this show multiple times, and nowadays I find a sense of home in seeing reactions to my favorite show when I am otherwise feeling lonely. I can't wait to tune in on your Korra journey!
I completely binged watch your reactions to ATLA the whole day, you guys are one of the best reactors I've ever watched. I think you both understood the characters really well, resonated with them, and I really just enjoyed everything. I also appreciate the Zuko and Katara cosplay, the effort ❤️ So excited for LOK! cheers to you both!
Did NOT expect the insanity! Kind of a sad ending for her but I’m sure there is a debate as to if she got what she deserved or not! Thanks for watching!
You two are so, so sweet. I not only got a few tears from re-watching all of the emotional scenes in the series, but watching you react in such a lovely and genuine way also got to me. Thanks for all these videos
Go back and look at Sokka’s Master and you’ll notice the White Lotus symbol on Piandao’s front door. The camera even points right at it when Piandao’s assistant gives the gang the white lotus tile.
@Reactsandgames when they meet the "old masters" and zuko announces they are in the order of the white lotus, watch piandao. He looks so confused and almost insulted at zukos presence. Like "tf you doing here, you started this mess". But let's it go when he realizes he's there to help the avatar and make amends with iroh
Such an amazing series finale! I still remember watching this on TV as a kid, and just being in awe the whole time. So many great moments and resolutions really make this show something special. I’m glad you guys were able to experience it! On to the next one 👍🏼
I'm still in the intro and I'm just so excited and happy that you both took a chance on this show. It's been so much fun watching you both enjoying this master piece. :)
Its been a blast watching this series with you guys! One of the few perfect endings out there. The Zuko's mom story is explored in the ATLA comic trilogy called The Promise. Definitely give it a read! Korra is a very different show, definitely dont go into it expecting ATLA 2.0 but it's very enjoyable if you can give it a chance to grow on you. Cheers!
The story of Zuko’s mom continues with an official comic series that was released. I believe it’s called “The Search” and there are also several other comic series released following the adventures of the Avatar gang a few years after the end of the shows finale. I recommend getting and reading the comics!
when people don't feel sorry for Azula (My favorite character in the franchise) I feel like its because they don't realize that at the end of the day she is just a 14 year old girl that was manipulated and controlled by her father and she sadly didn't have an Uncle Iroh to pull her back .. The writing is phenomenal because Zuko could've ended up just like Azula. Its insane how just a little compassion can make a HUGE difference in someone's life
You know a show is excellent when you're sad it is over. Loved your reaction! Looking forward to your reactions to Korra, I'm pretty sure you will love that also. The story of what happened to Zuko's mother is told in the comic The Search. It is definitely worth checking out along with the other ATLA comics. Take care!
Thank you for watching with us! Means a lot to us! Enjoying Korra so far!! Episode 1 will be out later today! 😉 thank you again for watching this with us!
So many otherwise great stories trip at the final hurdle... But man... Never have I been more glad that a show nails the ending as I was with Avatar. The Zuko's mom thing one of MANY things answered in the comics. Something of note is how unflinching Sokka is at the thought of taking a life... He is 16... No 16 year old should have to be that comfortable with death...
I’ve so enjoyed watching along with you guys! Now you guys fully understand why this show deserves to be the 7th greatest TV of all time by IMDb rating. I know you guys will love Korra too, don’t listen to any naysayers. It maybe never gets up to the height that AtlA achieved in this finale, but it is amazing in its own right.
It’s amazing! Really enjoying it so far. Different but in a GREAT way. Avatar will always be KING but TLOK is definitely an awesome show! (What we have seen so far!)
Really enjoyed tuning into this journey with you two, there's absolutely nothing like this series! I'm glad Jeremy Zuckerman who composed the Avatar score is getting around to officially releasing the soundtrack too after all these years. There are Avatar comics you should check out! These explain Zuko's mother as well as other things with Azula and team Avatar etc. Order listed below. Order: The Lost Adventures/Team Avatar Tales The Promise The Search The Rift Smoke and Shadow North And South Imbalance There's also Korra as you're well aware, as well as the co-creators of Avatar creating Avatar Studios, starting with a movie coming out in 2025 called Aang: The Last Airbender which will follow Team Avatar as adults. Avatar Studios are also working on other Avatar projects which will likely be the successive Avatar to Korra, likely an Earthbender, hope you get to check those out! If you can as well, you should definitely try and go to see Avatar: Live In Concert which is an orchestra playing the highlights of all 3 books in a concert hall. Really incredible experience! I got to see it in London, but they're still touring, if you can book for their next one you'll not regret it!
Wow I didn’t realise there were so many projects in the works! That’s awesome!! Will have to try and stay up to date with it! We are currently watching Korra!! Love the avatar soundtrack (could only find book 1 on Apple) but it’s so sick!! Thanks for watching with us!!
@@Reactsandgames Bryan and Mike are very busy! Hoping this adult Aang movie will shape up to be something special next year. Yeah, only book 1 has been dropped so far. Apparently it was due to Nickelodeon having the rights to the show, so Jeremy couldn't release them until he obtained the rights, so now he's rerecording the soundtrack so that it sounds improved/better quality. I have book 1 on vinyl, and I definitely recommend going to see it live in orchestra! Lots to see and be excited for
@@Reactsandgamesglad to see you guys finally finished nice zuko outfit with the scar I know I'm a little late on this and no one told you guys remember when you guys were watching the ember island player they show the part where jet died he actually died it was confirmed many years ago but the writers didn't want to mention it because it would be to sad and harsh for a kids show kids probably loved jet and they might cry if they knew also when toph side he's lying she know he's not gonna make it
I'm so glad you guys watched this with me. I was rewatching it for probably the 40th time (no joke😂). This show is so great; I watched it when I was a child, and it still has a special place in my heart. I can still watch it even though I'm an adult now. I feel like this show is for every age and is one of the few shows with a genuinely good ending. From the fighting styles for each bending to the soundtracks-especially the one playing during the last Agni Kai 🤌-to the funny moments in each episode, even though some were more serious, everything is just perfect. There are only a few shows that I put on the same level as this one. For me, it's genuinely a 10/10. I don't have any complaints about the story writing or anything else. I found this channel one day while I was bored and searching for people reacting to Avatar: The Last Airbender. I've seen a few reactors, but your reactions are genuinely the best because I never felt for a moment that you guys were faking anything. You shared your true feelings about certain characters, like your wife absolutely despising Zuko in Book One and even saying at the end of Book Two that she didn't think there was any hope for him. It made it more satisfying for us when Zuko actually changed, and seeing her accept him too. I will watch your reactions to The Legend of Korra and Attack on Titan, whether it comes sooner or later. Keep going, and once again, great reaction.❤
That comment has made my day. Thank you so much. Means the world to us. Thanks for watching and I hope we managed to bring some joy to you with our reactions. I HATE these fake TH-camrs who react to videos for views. You can’t beat a real reaction in my opinion. Thank you again for your lovely comments. Oh….and Korra is dropping today😎😉
Great reaction! My favorite Zuko moment was at the very end in Iroh's tea shop. Zuko, the new Firelord, one of the most powerful leaders in their world, and he's the one serving everyone tea. His arc is one of the best I've ever seen in any TV show or movie. If you have Netflix, be sure to watch and react to the live action series, very well done and the first 10 minutes of the series...WOW!!! Skip the movie unless you want to experience extreme pain and suffering.
Thanks for watching with us! Haha I appreciate it…it was driving me crazy! I thought it was destroying the video but luckily it didn’t go on for TOO long!
This show changed my life personally I’ve grew up watching it but years later during the pandemic and it really helped me so much I’m happy you enjoyed it🤍
Other than the next Tv show that follows the next Avatar After Aang in The Legend of Korra, the teams adventures did continue in multiple comics and in the second comic series named Avatar the Last Airbender: The Search, Zuko found his mother, you guys should definitely read them.
I'm a BIG fan of Legend of Korra. BIG fan. So seeing the scene where [REDACTED], I BAWLED like a baby (keep watching TLOK!!!!!). All of ATLA flew through my head in an instant. This finale was one of the greatest achievements in story telling history. The incredible music and the 4 nations reuniting to heal a broken world was nothing short of euphoric.
I wish I could watch this finale all over again. Gave me everything. I’ve never been so happy about an ending, but also sad that it actually was ending! Brilliant show!
Been here since you guys uploaded the reaction to the netflix avatar trailer. Still here, and im glad i am. A chapter has come to an end, but luckily for us, there is another and i can't wait for it.
The battle between Zuko and Azula always makes me so emotional. Watching her unravel wasn't as enjoyable as I thought it would be, even though she was a whole ass problem - just further highlighted how abusive and horrible their father was.
Incredible reaction as always! The graphic novels that follow Aang after the end of this series are really great, including The Search, which is about what happened to Zuko’s mom, but others are also. Definitely worth reading sometime. Korra is a very different show, and while it has its flaws (many due to being give only one season at a time for the first two seasons), it’s still very worthwhile, if not quite as consistently a masterpiece as this show. But it still has great humor and some very emotional moments, just stick through the not quite as great parts.
If you’re still interested in knowing what happened to Zuko and Azulas mom there’s a comic like chapter book called the search where the team gets together to help Zuko find his mom. There is also spirits, different flashbacks with their mom, Iroh is even in a bit and some secrets. Some are multiple books for different parts but there are ones available that have the whole story in one book and it explains more information about their mom (In her past, recent, and future life) I should know I have it, Again the book is called THE SEARCH, If your interested.
I cant help but feel sorry for Azula. With all shes done, im not gonna say she isnt evil. But its also easy to forget that shes still just a 14 year old girl. And that she, just as much as Zuko did, also experienced abuse at the hands of her father. A different kind of abuse, yes, but abuse nonetheless. Which leads to some very interesting speculative questions. For instance, is it accurate to call somene truly evil if they've lived their entire lives being taught that what they're doing is right? We saw Zuko struggle through most of the show with learning the difference between right and wrong. Fortunately for Zuko, he had Iroh. Azula did not. Zuko could just as easily have been in the same position as Azula, had things worked out even slightly differently than they did. And by the end, she clearly completely broke. Im so sad that youve finished, but so very happy you've enjoyed it! I genuinely dont care for reaction videos under most circumstances. I dont hate them, they just arent normally my cup of tea. But im ALWAYS down for watching someone fall in love with this show like i did. Its the closest thing we fans will ever get to being able to rewatch it for the first time all over again. Its not just one of the greatest cartoons ever made, but one of the best SHOWS ever made. Mark Hammil was even skeptical about taking on the role of Ozai because he thought the show would likely get canceled fairly quickly. Not because the script was bad, but because, and im quoting him here, "the show is too smart. Most cartoons talk down to children, but this show talks UP to them". Right, then! On to Korra! A bit of advice from a fan: dont go into it expecting ATLA 2. Youll only disappoint yourself. Its not as objectivly perfect as ATLA, but its still a great addition to the series.
Really appreciate you watching all of ATLA! Thank you! Korra is a totally different show….and we love it! Keep Avatar as perfect as it is and give us a totally new story, which they have done, with Avatar elements sprinkled in! Loved season 1!
@Reactsandgames I love how actively you guys are with your subs, and that's partly why I love your channel. I'll start on your Korra series later today!
Azula is a very complexing character in some ways even more than Zuko. Despite being a monster, more than that shes a victim and tragedy. Because Azula was such a prodigy she was favored by her father who indulged in her bad habits and molded her in his image which made it hard for her mother and Zuko to relate to her. While shes undeniably a bad person who has done terrible things, its important to realize that she didnt recieve the same level as compassion as Zuko did from his mother and uncle iroh. Thats not to justify her actions but to highlight that at the end of the day she's just a child who was a product of her environment. Maybe if things were different she couldve been better
I understand your lack of sympathy for Azula, but if you think about it, she is also traumatized as well. Ozai was never going to treat Zuko as his favorite, because of the way Ozai was treated as second born by his own father. So naturally, he chose Azula to be his favorite as a result. But in that, she never stood a chance of actually understanding human emotion or forming true relationships with people. Her father used her, and therefore that is what she understands relationships with her own friends. Then she was abandoned by her mother, first emotionally and then physically. She is actually afraid of Ozai, and furthermore, she is afraid of being imperfect because of Ozai. Of course she is responsible for her actions, but she is inherently (at least in my view) a victim just like Zuko is.
Azula is the epitome of an abuse victim becoming an abuser. Who knows what Ozai went through to become the monster he is and to pass on that evil to his child. It doesn't make me too sympathetic to them because of the horrible people they are but it does explain why they are who they are
In the book following the animation, where Zuko goes to find his Mother, they explain why Ozai hated Zuko so muck. It was because he had suspected that his wife had an affair and Zuko wasn't, actually, his child. He couldn't prove it, but in his eyes, Zuko wasn't his kid.
@@samuelvincent557 Ozai thinks that because Ursa (falsely) claims it to be so, writing it in a letter to (1) prove that Ozai or one of his servants is reading her mail and (2) just to try to upset Ozai to get back at him. Given dynastic politics, she flippantly risks Zuko's life by doing this. Neither their father nor their mother are actually decent parents- Ursa just looks good next to the hideous horror that is Ozai. Given that's how Ursa treated *her* favorite, while Azula is the epitome of an unreliable source, I'm more inclined to think there's at least *something* to her idea that her mother didn't care for her.
I think most people got their happy endings or redemptions. It ended beautifully with how Zuko and the avatar healed the world, although I am very much an azula fan, I believe most people always go so negatively against azula. Don’t get me wrong she was disturbed and emotionally wrecked but I always hated that people had her on a pedestal of ‘crazy’ & ‘evil’ but always fail to say that so many characters who got their ‘redemption’ were just like her if not worse and they were not children. Deep down azula and Zuko cared for one another but were very jealous of each other and their relationships w the parents. Azula and Zuko are so much two sides to a coin, and people always fail to realise this fact. Both wanted the same things just in different forms. Azula was a child prodigy and so in turn was very much favoured and doted on by her father whereas not so much with her mother. She knew being cruel and mean like her father kept her in his food graces so she continued, he nurtured her cruelty, thus being the one to essentially destroy her. Zuko had both uncle iroh and his mother to imprint some goodness within him and help him on his journey. Uncle iroh helped Zuko so much because he put his feeling of his son onto zuko so that he could save him because he couldn’t save his own son. In this scene where she breaks down and sees her mom, really shows how emotionally drained and disturbed she truly was. She did everything for her father and to stay in good graces and get ‘love’ from him that when he left her it broke her heart, and in given mai and ty lee betrayed her that was the final straw. All she knew was being cruel, ruling with fear even towards her friends who she did care about but was jealous of. In atla only 3 people it says could do the lightning (azula, fire lord ozai & uncle iroh), Zuko could redirect but never form the lightning. Azula has always been stronger then Zuko, it is a fact but he had learned other ways of bending and was very emotionally calm and collected unlike his sister. Her ending was truly tragic to see. I feel people don’t give grace to her but they do other characters who are just as bad, she was a child and younger then Zuko yet was very powerful, she outmatched most people with her raw power. There was other characters who did terrible things, yet they were given grace. Simply because they ‘changed’ and got redemption I believe had azula been in her right mind in the fight he 100% wouldn’t have fought her alone, she would have won the fight, but because he realised something was off he challenged it himself.
Lots of love from NM USA - you two are sweet - my southwest Chicano accent/ears loves your accent. It’s so cute that you cos-played for the final episodes… Maybe you could check out the series Breaking Bad (it was filmed in my town Albuquerque NM) ❤
Let's not forget Azula was only 14-15 during the show. She is just a kid. She is as well a victim of Ozai. You can see that especially in the comics. You can see how Ozai shaped her to who she ended up to become. It's completely fair to dislike her, in fact most do for obvious reasons. But it's important to remember that she is also a victim, just a different kind. She is just a kid.
loved watching this even though im 3 months late, u guys got me as a Subscriber now Also if you haven't seen it yet there's a movie in 2025 of them as adults so we got that to wait for
It’s a weird one with Azula. I understand both sides of the argument I do….but even as a small child she was a bully and a brat. Some will see the her ending and feel sorry for her and that’s understandable…I just feel like it’s more the fact she didn’t get her own way and isn’t Fire Lord. Both arguments have weight to them for sure! Thanks for watching!😃
@@kmjkmjkmj Her entire childhood? She was a prodigy so Ozai always favored her more and held her to unrealistic standards. He taught her that love is transactional and he would only love her if she could uphold those standards, essentially making her his weapon since she was constantly trying to prove herself to him.
@@Reactsandgames She's pure evil and I don't necessarily feel sorry for her but I think her story is just so tragic :( Maybe if Ozai didn't favor her so much as a child she would have ended up different. I did really enjoy the reactions and I look forward to more!

Literally couldn’t turn the water works off after this. Absolutely destroyed me in the best way. I needed that scene 100%
Such a great scene and I’m so sorry for your loss❤️
Same. I was tearing up in anticipation
This is one of the best endings in animated history
Animated or not, across any and all media, forever, this is a monolithic achievement in storytelling.
Sooo good!
One of the best endings PERIOD!
I agree
Bro, dont fight the tears, let them flow. Zuko and iroh reuniting gets me everytime. The shows rewatchability is exactly what you think. Thank you guys for letting us rewatch it with you. And remember, today, destiny is our friend.
Caught be totally off guard! What a scene!!
Beautifully put
Totally agree….I think we wanted blood during the episode😂 the outcome was SOOO much more satisfying though!
He's actually 13 here
You are two of the sweetest most genuine people I’ve ever seen react to this show, and I absolutely loved watching your journey! I can’t wait for KORRA!!! You both will love her journey, and the journey of all of the characters.
Loving it so far!! And thank you (sorry for the wait on the finale)
It was worth it :)
I never really liked Korra but I'll watch them react to it
Azula had some of the best lines from the entire series! That B!
I agree with you here my friend
@@اميرمادرا
If you didn't, you would have been banished! 😅
What an ending and what a legacy isn't it? Speechless. I have watched so many reactions to this masterpiece. It hits different every time. We all share this legacy.
Soooo good! Thanks for watching with us!
You two are so wholesome. It’s like watching two golden retrievers do TH-cam reactions. (That’s a compliment in case it doesn’t translate well from American)
Appreciate that! Haha I love dogs so could never see that as an insult😊 thank you so much for watching! Means the world to us!
Aang never compromised his morality no matter what. It’s such a powerful life lesson, especially for “a kids show”.
The emotion 🔥 Such a beautiful show in every way. More than a “kids” show! Thank you guys for this journey!!!
Thank you for watching with us! It means a great deal to us!
Zuko with that Twin Dragon fire. You can actually hear the dragons within the flames 🔥 ✨️ 🙌
Oh really! That’s sick! I missed that!
I was JUST going to ask if there is a video to it!!! We’re doing it 100% do you have a good link? I don’t want any spoilers lol

ATLA finale will go down in history as one of the greatest finales for any series (live action or animation)
No matter how many times I rewatch it. It always gets me right in the feels.

Amazing rewatching with you two. Korra will be another journey I hope to watch
Episode 1 is dropping later today😉 thanks for watching with us!
Toph is the only one who can metal bend at that time coz she’s invented it, the first one. Imagine to those firebenders that toph fights, fighting a little girl who bend a thing that impossible to bend
Must have been crazy for them to witness! Never before seen ability!
Gosh I love this show I could watch it for the rest of my life it just hits me straight in the feels
I’m so happy you guys loved this series! It was a pleasure to be part of this journey with you
Appreciated you being a part of it. Thank you, means a lot!
I love azula, even her complete insanity, shes so well written as a villian shes more scary than her own father.
Did NOT expect the insanity! Kind of a sad ending for her but I’m sure there is a debate as to if she got what she deserved or not! Thanks for watching!
Azula 💔💔💔💔💔 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 I like this character
You two are so, so sweet. I not only got a few tears from re-watching all of the emotional scenes in the series, but watching you react in such a lovely and genuine way also got to me. Thanks for all these videos

“Only justice will bring peace”
Go back and look at Sokka’s Master and you’ll notice the White Lotus symbol on Piandao’s front door. The camera even points right at it when Piandao’s assistant gives the gang the white lotus tile.
You two are going to have the best time in the world in a year or two when you watch this whole show again.
No way! 🤯 Genuinely looking forward to a rewatch.

Cheers!
Loving it so far! Episode 1 will drop on YT later today! 😃.
Thanks so much for watching this amazing show with us!
Its insane how just a little compassion can make a HUGE difference in someone's life
Such an emotional finale, you guys have been on an amazing journey and thank you for taking us along with you ❤
Thank you for watching and coming along for the ride! Means a lot to us!
The story continues with comic books. The one book that explains what happens with Zuko and Azula's mom is called The Search.
We will have to get on this and have a read! Thank you!
@Reactsandgames no prob. There's several comic books.
Such a great finale and I agree. They go through so much you forget how young they are
I’ve so enjoyed watching along with you guys!
I loved meeting you two today ❤ the best reaction!!
Order:
The Lost Adventures/Team Avatar Tales
The Promise
The Search
The Rift
Smoke and Shadow
North And South
Imbalance
There's also Korra as you're well aware, as well as the co-creators of Avatar creating Avatar Studios, starting with a movie coming out in 2025 called Aang: The Last Airbender which will follow Team Avatar as adults.
Lots to see and be excited for
Also, fun fact! The first word of the series is "it's", and the last one is "perfect".

The battle between Zuko and Azula always makes me so emotional. Watching her unravel wasn't as enjoyable as I thought it would be, even though she was a whole ass problem - just further highlighted how abusive and horrible their father was.
Been looking forward to it; let's go!
😉👍🏻
Glad you both enjoyed it so much
Thanks for watching. We loveddd it. Perfect end!
I’m enjoying the hell out of it! First episode will drop on YT later today! 😃
What happens after the series is the comics and Webtoon has the comic on it’s platform if you are unaware! Awesome reaction 👍
Thanks!
Thank you for the info! And for watching with us! ❤️
10000% agree.
Totally fair point. Maybe I was a little bit too harsh on her. I just have an instant dislike for bullies

@Reactsandgames I'm impressed you responded thank you. Id also throw Arcane into the mix. Definitely two of the greatest American animations
We are loving Arcane can’t wait for Act 3! ☺️

Simply because they ‘changed’ and got redemption
I believe had azula been in her right mind in the fight he 100% wouldn’t have fought her alone, she would have won the fight, but because he realised something was off he challenged it himself.
Man I love it when it rains
☺️☺️☺️
When aang redirect the lightning, the shock face of fire lord ozai is because only 1 person can teach aang and it is zuko
That was such an epic scene!! So satisfying! 🥰
Azula breakdown broke me really bad
Cool thing Fire lord Ozai is voiced by Mark Hamill, the one who acted as Luke Skywalker and the Joker in the batman series 😃
Awesome detail. I know that man’s voice from anywhere!

First season of Korra is on the channel and some of season 2!
Now it’s Korra time😍
Absolutely!!! 😍
Totally agree!

Dope reaction 🙏
Appreciate it! Thanks for watching!!
Love the show..❤
the way ozai abused azula really breaks my heart
