    Bowtech is currently the industry leader in bow technology. No one is really even close.

      I always preferred Bowtech over any other compound bow.

    Bought one. Can’t believe how comfortable it shoots smooth quite fast. Fabulous tool for hunting. Not quite finished with setup yet very impressive so far. Super comfortable at full draw.

    Great system. I kinda like the yokes on the binary overdrive. This system makes it more tune friendly because you dont need a bow press. I wished they have a limb at 65lbs max.

    Its nice to see more bow companies getting away from split yokes. the yokes on the realm and reign stick out about 3-miles.

    You said 90% let off?? I thought the let off was 84% in comfort and 80% in performance?

    I thought yokes were for cam lean? And shims were for left/right of the actual cam.

    Great bows but why would anyone ever buy the Revolt X over the Reckoning? Seems like the Revolt X is a downgraded Reckoning, am I missing something?

    • @Buran01
      @Buran01 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I like the Deadlock system but I don't like the looks of the d-flex risers in the Reckining series. But tastes about geometry aside, the Revolt X is quieter and deader in hand thanx to the more paralel placement of the limbs and is $300 cheaper. Seems reasons enough to chose the Revolt X over the Reckoning, specially for hunters.

      ...And also, the Revolt X cams are slighly larger than the ones in the Reckoning, so the difference in the total length between the cams between both bows would be around 1", so the string angle will be very similar. Honestly, I see this the other way around: the stability from the RevoltX should be very close to the Reckoning 35, but offering a quieter, deader bow with more maneuverability and similar performance and weigth at much lower tag price.

      It's called TechnoHUNT. Many larger archery shops have them set up.

    Looks nice but I'm still perfectly happy with my rpm 360. Now give me a new bowtech that runs 24to 28 inch draw for my son and I'll consider buying another bow

    Are the limb pockets plastic?

      Dre Sted I own a Realm SR6, which has the same limb pockets as the Reckoning, Reckoning 38, Revolt, and Revolt X. They have aluminum or some form of metal limb pockets. We are talking flagships bows here, most companies are going to use metal.

    • @drested1793
      @drested1793 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      KenRen 2703 I don’t know about the others but as far as the Revolt series goes, unless Bowtec made a change since January, they are not aluminum or even cast metal.
      I looked at the revolt x for 2020 and took it off my list because of what you just said. A flagship bow should have machined aluminum limb pockets. You can look online and find pictures of this pocket system missing chunks.

    • @KenRen-hw8uv

      Dre Sted Okay Bud, you can take your word for it. I just own a bow with that limb system and it makes a ting every time it hits something else metal. Have a blessed day.

      So true I really don't understand we Bowtech don't have that option anymore. I did e-mail them and asked a few months ago, and the answer was that Bowtech bows are so effective so you don't need 80#. Just bs if you ask me.

    bow tech does not stand behind their bows i had nothing but trouble with one a few years ago and it took almost a year fighting with them to replace it .
