I feel Kamahl shoulda Zapped Yargle sooner and was playing with fire the whole time. But great game and nice to see the four do some nice things in a very combat-focused game.
David Bentz actually he could have easily blocked, then use the ashnod’s altar sac trigger to make Grunn not connect at all, letting it connect was easily the worst play of the whole game
I really love these games with lesser played commanders, it gets old seeing people play borderline competitive edh decks all the time. I really loved the Yargle deck!
I'm very satisfied to see my lord frog Yargle who kills Chris with infect, lifelink and indestructible. SATISFACION PURE 100%. PRAY FOR YARGLE THE DARKNESS FROG.
I think Chris had the craziest play of the game with the selfless spirit marshal coup combo but the gruun deck was by far my favorite. Never dreamed yargle would win.

I don’t understand blowing the beast within on kamahl. Plus the kamahl player has the worst board state. So he gets a lightning bolt every turn, so what? Anyway great game. Can’t believe I haven’t seen this one before. 4 relatively low power monocolored commanders! So fun Edit: Eric’s improvised deck is so fun. There are so many cool red cards we don’t get to see too often.
kinda lost on why jamie didn't use arena to have someone fight yargle in response to the imp's mischief smacking his beast within on vigor yargle was his only creature so yargle would've been the only valid target if he chose Jason
Yes, that was very risky. This would have made a huge amount of token but still... when some one swing at you with a 20/20 without trample and you have 7 token blockers, that's a good hint that something bad will happen very soon.
Insult? Not at all. Im placing him on the same lvl as Hypnotoad. If Gitrog is a horror, then Yargle is as well. Not a puny spirit. Spirits are things for white mages

I have! The main issue is that in some games people aren't comfortable being recorded beyond just having their hands shown.

CrimsonVoid depending on table rules, ten is all it takes without agreeing beforehand to a change for loss by infect counters.
Oh yeah, the rule is technically that you only need 10 poison counters. I just don't know why that hasn't changed yet, it just doesn't make sense.
