- We are installing a On 3 Performance single turbo kit on a buddies new edge mustang gt. This is the forward facing kit with a single 70mm turbo. check out the video and stay tuned for part 2.
We also got bored and took the red car out for a test hit.

The oil filter adapter that came with the kit does indeed fit. You just have to install it before the header.. like the instructions said.. lol

It's a 05 and up slot style meter and its located on the pipe off the throttle body.
that turbos gonna max the shortblock out really quick tell your friend build a spare rods and pistons block with stock crank or go full forged
He's building a motor and doing a fuel system soon. He's only running about 7-8 psi on the stock motor.

I'm confused is this a direct boat on for mustangs or is this a universal kit and I can't find anything where it says all three turbo kit anywhere please help out let me know

Been looking for a guide about an on3 turbo kit for a 2valve. What is required to make it work looking too see how much im gonna spend just going by from what i can find on the internet

So the kit pretty much comes with everything you need to install it. It does require a tubular k member and front coilovers. Some stuff is pretty cheap, like the oil filter relocation kit. We had to buy a bigger T-clamp for the throttle body the supplied 3 inch was to small for a 75mm. Other than that the normal fuel pump, injectors, air filter, and a mass air meter and its ready to be tuned.

Yes. The kit is designed around a upr k member.
Did you have to install a bump steer kit? I was told the stock tie rods interfere with the hot side on the passenger side. It looks like you guys ran stock tie rods though in this video.
A bump steer kit is recommended

Yes stock pulleys are fine

We kept the ac with no modification
them a arms are gonna need to come out
Oh yeah I know and replaced with tubular ones. The guy brought it to us with the OEM one installed.

That's a good question. I'm not really sure why I didn't try to pedal it.

@@carlosvelasco4119 cause it’s a China kit lol, and decided to sell it and stick with the d1x now and get custom turbo set up later down the road
So why do they recommend coil-overs for this? Just out of curiosity. I mean coils are fantastic, but curious why they recommend you change the set up from the factory?
