- Gotham Knights has been announced and it isn't a Batman game in the traditional sense! Even though the game is part of the Batman mythos and uses tons of Batman characters, he isn't in it, as far as we know. These are 5 characters we need in Gotham Knights. #gothamknights #wbgames #batmanarkham

The Creeper would be a great addition. He's basically a superpowerd, heroic Joker. His gameplay would be very different from any other playable character.

Cassandra is an awesome character, between her muteness, her unique fighting style and her extremely tragic backstory, even more than the typical batfamily member, up there with probably Raven or Terra.

for Clayface stealth, they could make him be able to copy other enemies' looks but for a little bit and then he has to find someone else there he could copy and he would do that by taking out the enemy by sucking them into his body, then changing into them and spit them out right after he changes.

If they include Azrael I think it would actually be a better idea to have an evil John-Paul Valley serve as an antagonist instead of another player character, he tries to become the killer batman with batman's absence like he did in knightfall and the 4 main heroes (the Gotham knights) have to try to defeat him

Cassandra is the Batgirl for those who got into comics in the late 90' and early to mid 2000's. At peak popularity she was in the same level as Tim Drake in the comics

Errol Duplessis Tim looks like he’s probably 17-20, so Damien could be 11-13( which o believe is when he was boy wonder/Current Robin). So it’s still possible to have him with his own story line, mostly connected to the rest of the “bat family” members.

I dont think he's dead but I kinda hope he is. I love batman but I have always wanted more for the other members of the family. I LOVE dick grayson and he is completely sidelined, same with robin, and I cant wait to play nightwing the whole time!

I hope Bruce is dead. The idea of him faking it, and essentially abandoning the Bat family, three of which are essentially his sons and the fourth a trusted protege. I hope Either he has gone deep undercover, been turned into a talon, or ideally is legit dead.

The first exposure I had to Batman was Batman: Under the Red Hood and I thank my parents for that everyday. (The movie not the comic but I recently bought that too. )

Cassandra Cain is just a complete bad-ass with a really interesting personality and history. Mostly though she is just a an stoppable force landing at 6, 8, and, 5 On three separate list of the best dc fighters. She is more skilled than any other robin or batgirl (excluding an adult Damian Wayne).

I hope the dlc is a mini story for each of the main characters. Like Nightwing’s being him becoming Batman and dealing with that pressure. Maybe red hoods would be a storyline of him killing the joker. Something like that

I really think that adding Arsenal/Red Arrow into this game would be perfect. Yeah he’s not necessarily part of the Bat Family but he is directly linked to Red Hood and probably his closest ally. That would help bring someone in with a diverse move set and someone for Red Hood to bounce off of

You could base Clayface combat wise is to make him play like a prototype character (sans the killing) or make him a character who can be used as a way to have two players play the same character (Red Hood and a Clayface that plays similar).
I think Stephanie would be a great DLC. I could definitely see them also adding a Cluemaster mission in the DLC, due to him being her father, and since he’s not TOO big of a threat it would make sense for it to be a kind of short side story mission. Also from a gameplay perspective, she has been noted to use a 3 section staff, which I think would be super fun to use. However Cassandra also has Lady Shiva and David Cain directly involved with her character, and she is known currently to be one of the best fighters in dc, even above Batman, so she could be an excellent fist-fighting character.

I would like Cassandra Cain and Stephaie Brown too as Batgirls. Ppl pretty much accept the Robin Legacy, but the Batgirl Legacy just gets ignored. They need more exposure.
But wouldn’t it be better if they come in as Spoiler and Orphan? It’s not like Dick and Todd are using the name Robin in this game. But, it would definitely be nice if they reference them being Batgirls/ Robin( Stephanie) at some point.
Feels good to be recognized for wanting Cassandra and Stephanie Brown as versions of Batgirl. Would be really cool to get the spoiler and the orphan as skins too

If this game has alt. skins, if we did get a character like Stephanie Brown it would be cool to have an option to have her dress as Batgirl, Robin and Spoiler or something. Or with Tim Drake have a Red Robin.

@@gra9 This game will have alternate costumes. Tim Drake was wearing a Red Robin costume in the first trailer for this game. He's also seen in that costume during a gameplay video.

With the customisation and the gear in this game, I really hope they go for an injustice 2 type system because I thought that worked really well in that game and would work well in Gotham knights
Luke Fox would be great, especially since he has a much more different fighting style. It could be interesting to see how much they could use him.

Hello jay. Sorry I’m late to the video was driving with my mom and went to gamestop but anyway can’t to watch this. Love you man. Stay awesome. Also just got Jurassic world evolution which will be fun to play.
Awesome and interesting list. Personally my top five I would like to see:
1) Damian Wayne, he is tied for my favorite Robin second only to Dick. (Though good for Tim getting his due considering his treatment in the comics) Have Tim grow and go off with Damian working with Dick.
2) Batwoman, my favorite member of the Bat Family.
3) Cassandra Cain-Wayne, preferably in her Black Bat mantle though I wouldn't mind Orphan. She is fan favorite, kind of like Tim she's the Batgirl for a lot of people.
4) Batwing, most likely Luke (though David who I love would be awesome), he can be interesting in terms of fighting style & gameplay with all his hightech suit & gadgets. And if Luke, he is the son to longtime Batman ally (and romance to Barbara).
5) Last on kind of tie between Huntress & Spoiler. I think both have a very interesting place among the Bat Family and create interesting dialog. With Huntress not having the best relationship with Batman compared to the rest of the family and Spoiler's connection to TIm along with others (there could be reference to her being the 4th Robin)
Honorable mentions: Talon (or Stryx). I would love Bluebird & Signal but I see them as more of the future in this game timeline.
They should do a call back to the brief period in the comics when Riddler reformed himself, make Riddler a playable character. He’d obviously have to have an incredibly different play style, probably focusing more on gadgets than any other character, and even then they’d have to take some creative liberties, but I don’t care. I just love Riddler so much, and getting a story with him reformed is always nice
Catwoman and Stephanie would be awesome.
I would love to see Terry McGinnis would be so cool to see.He has so much they can do he can fly and if they wanted to they could give him special bataranges like an electric one.They could have his DLC take place decades after the game and he could be taught by Tim or Dick
Though Batwing isn't as popular or iconic as any of the other characters, he's still just so cool, he could be another tech expert who helps on the side, especially since he's Lucious Fox's son. They could set him up in the game and if we get DLC characters, we could see him finally build and wear the Batwing suit
What I think would be cool is if they gave us DLC stories like a full on Knightfall story or Long Halloween story. Something lengthy that we can sink our teeth into. Or even Black Mirror if they want to go into the Batman Inc storyline.
i also would really love the super sons with my boy Jonathan Samuel Kent Superboy and Damian Wayne robin.
They gotta add The Signal into here if they doing sidekicks
I'd love to have Cassandra Cain in there, but I'd also love if Huntress (Helena Wayne) was in here too. Add a bit more to the whole family thing.
Huntress is who i want to see most. Barbara isnt Oracle anymore which means she's already formed and led the Birds of Prey. So i think she could definitely show up some how. Also she'd be another range character besides Red Hood with her crossbow. Shes just so cool and i want her so bad 😭

We could have so many interesting characters even outside the Batman family who are also vigilantes: Green Arrow, Black Canary, Huntress, Vigilante, Deathstroke, Batwoman. They could all play differently.
I think Rose Wilson/Ravager would be an awesome character to play as. Being able to use her sword in combat would be insane.

I cannot wait for this game I’m scared about the new approach to combat and the new loot system but Scott Snyder has came out and talked about how good this court of owls storyline is in this game I absolutely cannot wait to see it

A clayface character would really spice up gameplay, because lets be honest, every member of the batfamily is more or less the same in combat.
The only real differences is that Azrael is more severe in how much he hurts people and Nightwing(who im not even sure is in the game or not) has taser sticks
I think it woud be very interesting if they add batmite somehow. Possibly have his story arch be that since batman Is gone his motivation is gone and he loses his powers a little bit.
the most intriguing thing about gotham knights that no one is talking about is Robin using JUSTICE LEAGUE WATCHTOWER TECH to teleport , that means Justice League exists in this universe , I wonder if the members show up in the campaign to investigate Batman's death

Clayface is probably the most sidenlined, shafted character in the entire Arkham series, so it'd be cool to see him here or in Suicide Squad. We don't even know if he died or what, it seemed very rushed, especially with the Lazarus Pit there (yet it was also destroyed, so who knows). But he got ahafted more than Black Mask, more than Hush, more than Azrael, arguably even more than Calendar Man.
I would LOVE the red hood (the joker version) as a DLC character or an alternative suit
