working on a scene in maya and needed to create my own trees - blender is just awesome in so many aspects. Thank you so much for the tutorial, it would've been a pain and quite expensive to do this the "studio way"! :)
top class result, really beautiful! I think the result of the river is not on par with the rest of the scene, that's the only comment I would have. Is not bad, but it kind of stands out in a scene where everything is so high quality. Well done!
Hey Rob.. I've been following your videos for years with great pleasure. That's why i was shocked to see a youtube user called CGMANIA stealing your content. I didnt find a way to contact you so im posting here. Good luck!
@@Cantersoft Okay, that might be... I didn't know he was from New Zealand (and he pronounces the 'i' rather long than short). I'm not in the USA either, here in Germany we learn in English to pronounce it as "fur" as well and in Britain they say "fur", too. But in some dialects probably not.
Oh boy. How exciting to see what could have been a great tutorial on real life modeling by a modeler turned into computer gibberish. I’m surprised that we didn’t need a password and user name to watch it. Remind me not to ever watch this again.
the file for this project is literally the best I have ever used. amazing work

Not available anymore?
The link doesn't work.

Great tutorial, how what pine cover texture did you use and how does it look so real? how did you do this? thanks
This is a killer video and I'd really like to purchase the full tutorial but it's not on blender market anymore. Is there any other place to get it?
Udemy
What song is that? Love it!
What is the experience level need for the courses? How much beyond the basic "donut' training?
How you made that ground Cover? Just a textured plane?
Hi how long is the fuul blender course that is on sale? I mean how many hours? :)
Do you have a modular weapon or modular machine course in Blender. Or is your modular environment course sufficient ?
Adding a free download for those trees would make you famous fyi
Great video 👍 Just a note: fir is pronounced like fur, not fear.
I believe "fir" is pronounced with a short i in New Zealand, instead of as "fur" as in the USA.
