You know I’m kinda suprised he didn’t play rangers into old forest road that gives that army a decent chance of surviving into woodland realm which means if he might be able to muster into Rivendell another time
I had the same thought honestly, but what I think he did was believe that dunlending army was going to head for the shire so defending Dale was more pressing for him.
If I were FP in their place and managed to take dol guldor with a palentir there, I would have mustered in elrond giving me 2 consecutive actions at the end of the turn with his ring, putting Moria under siege first action next turn with Rivendell with them mustering once with the ring. Then Lorien and even the fellowship can jump into it and 4 points are very easy for FP, even if it failed I don’t think the risk of that was worth the mouth, Elrond is just too good for things like that.
Great win and great game! Edoude just needs to play a few more LOME and I'm sure he'll be back with vengeance ;) I'd be curious what the stats were at the end. Anyway thanks for the vids and it was neat to see Balrog roam the board.

Fellowship wasn't supposed to get revealed in Morannon. Balrog's Fire and Shadow ability dictates to ignore any reveal icons on Hunt tiles.

I might have just let him take Dol Guldur, and thereby gotten an early Mouth.

Pretty big rules mistake in this game - you can't stop the attack in DA because you used corsairs. Card specifies you can't cease the attack.
You can cease the attack if the FP army is already under siege.
