I’m glad you two had a good flight experience. We have never flown this airline but we haven’t flown a whole lot in our lifetimes yet either. It’s always nice to hear a positive experience because you are so right that most of the time you only read about the negative experiences.
Great to hear that you had a good flight and weren’t delayed. It’s nice to hear when things go to plan rather than all the negativity surrounding these flights.
Yes 100% could not agree more, there was a lot of anxiety around these flights for us after all the negativity but our time was great! Thanks for watching :)
So cool to hear you mostly had a good experience! We don't fly much but we've been pretty much fortunate that everything went well. My wife always worries while I try to keep the positive vibe going even if it's not going too good! Lol And yes, some flights have these slim seats that kinda get the shoulders rubbing!!! 😅 Awesome to hear your total experience and we appreciate you sharing them with us!!! 😁🤙👊
Yeah we had heard a lot of bad things about this company so were terrified but overall we had a great experience with no delays so can’t complain! Haha always good to have one in the couple with the positive vibes that would probs be Dane for us haha 😂💙🤩
Hey hey heyyyyy…. It’s good to hear you’ll had a successful flight. You’ll touched on a lot of points. The food looked surprisingly good (as you’ll mentioned). I’m tall so it’s good to knew leg room will be okay. I always try to opt for a emergency exit aisle as leg room seems to be a tad better. Thank you for sharing your positive experience. Cheers.
Hey hey thanks for tuning in, 100 percent we had a good experience there had been a lot of drama over December about flights from this carrier so was nice to have a positive time. The width was the issue but as you say much rather less width than legroom!
Glad you had a good experience.....perhaps the startup problems in the frist months of Maleth have finally been sorted out. The flights from LGW to Antigua we had in January were delayed 5 and a half hours outbound and return. When buying a premium holiday for a celebration it is a great disappointment to be put on a utility airline and not what we exected when booking. We had the food you shared outbound which was acceptable but on the return the food was ineadible, a rice dish. In addition there was a aworrying strong smell of aviation fuel throughout the flight but particularly pre and after takeoff. We dreaded our return flight - and rightly so. The crusie itself was great, but badly spoiled by the flight experience which IS part of the holiday. We will not be booking another P&O caribbean holiday.
Hi Calvin We thought the same as well r.e teething problems for Maleth, and we're sorry to hear about your delay. An airline could have every luxury in the book but if you have a 5 hour delay it's not good enough! That is a good point, we had also previously heard reports of smells for fuel and admittedly forgot to mention that we also experienced this. It was concerning, but also fleeting, going away after 2 or 3 minutes Hopefully P&O can reassess and/or Maleth can build a bit of reliably, and redundancy in their fleet, to react to issues causing delays. Hopefully then, you can be confident to go back. The ship and location was amazing. Thanks for watching!
Totally disagree flew back from barbados in November. Awful experience disorganised & food not good limited drinks p&o have shot themselves in the foot trying to save money

9 abreast seating on an A330 is very tight, most operators have an 8 abreast configuration. This setup is used by low cost and charter operators
Yeah that certainly explains the narrow seating and compact feeling. Thanks for the comment, hope you’re having a lovely weekend 💙✨

Ahh shame that, I think somewhere along the line they've been told to get their act together as was passable for us
They dont pay their crew and do not respect the contracts plus the aircrafts are foulty, they lost 2 contracts in one year cose of this...
Thanks for making us aware
The toilets were disgusting
They were just standard on our flight not great not terrible but sorry to hear it was rubbish on your flight!
