It was a family holiday for my mums birthday so we were more just spending time together and a nice thing for us to look back on. @@RipRideVlogIt Thanks- our first cruise was 0n Royal Caribbean in 2017 Navigator of the Seas and loved every moment. 2nd was on Celebrity Silhouette which was excellent but not quite as good as R.C. Our 3rd was R.C. Anthem of the seas. All from Southampton. Next will be P&0 Arvia but not until Sept 14th 2025.. Where is your next one?

Ah amazing sounds fab! Our next cruise is in February on Marella Discovery to the Caribbean and then in May we are on Allure of the Seas around the Med 🤩☀️

The closest to a nightclub that we found was in the clubhouse after the last show finished they played music till about 1am I think it was we were up till the end and at times found most things had closed. One time we went in 710 club as nothing else was open that late but it wasn’t exactly the vibe we were after. Yeah we were the same we really loved Royal Caribbean’s entertainment. Thanks mate. It can sometimes be hard to point the finger at service but it absolutely was sub par in places. Other places onboard were good, but Royal (we did Symphony) outshines Arvia in every department

Hey, we have not rebooked but only because we've got other plans, would absolutely book again :) When you are on the beach you can use the bathrooms at the sister hotel as the walk down from the hotel from the beach is quite far. Other than that we never attempted to to be honest so can't help, sorry about that and thanks for watching 👍

We was on Ventura last year & thought the same as you. The crew were lovely & our waiter & waitress in the dining room were incredible. Off on Aurora in September.

@@chocoholic832 I’m pleased to hear that you had a similar experience on Ventura. I was actually on Aurora a couple of weeks ago. Great ship, albeit a little smaller but again the crew were excellent. I wonder if the issues are more to do with the passage to crew ratio on the larger ships?

Good to know about Ventura, we enjoyed the overall experience that P&O offered I think, and very budget friendly which is always a huge help. It was not for the lack of trying r.e the MDR! The virtual queue system was just coincidentally busy when we tried The ratio could definitely be an issue on Arvia/Iona. I think a potential choke point in the busy areas is the one or two crew with the touchpads as opposed to ordering from the bar directly. It can be done, Symphony of the Seas even larger than Arvia, and no issues of the sort.

@@RipRideVlogIt P&O offer good value cruises and thankfully the drinks aren’t too expensive. The weird thing is, ordering from the bar is new and only on to 2 largest ships. Sometimes I really don’t understand decisions that companies make because it’ll only make the issue worse!

When we have stayed at other h10 hotels half board we have switched dinner for lunch on certain days as long as you let them know the day before so I imagine it would be the same here. I would just recommend double checking with the staff to be 100%. Thanks for watching 💙☀️

They have their own seating bit in the middle but the access to the pool is for everyone there weren’t any bits off limits. Only pool for privileged only was upstairs on a terrace area which was exclusive to them with complimentary drinks and snacks xx

Hi there, we didn’t ourselves so can’t say for definite but had heard of other people bringing alcohol on board from the ports. Some had said the staff hold it until the end of the cruise while others said they had taken it to their cabin so feel like it depends on the staff member checking 💙✨
