Alton Towers Vlog 2024

- Hi all,
In this week's video we are at our favourite UK theme park Alton Towers! It has been far too long since we have last been and we haven't been just for a standard theme park day in even longer, normally we go for the themes such as Oktoberfest, Mardi Gras and Scarefest.
We started the day with a ride on Nemesis Reborn which we had been really looking forward to and this did not disappoint at all. We loved the theming in the queue line and how they had added to the whole land around it in Forbidden Valley. It felt so immersive. We decided to try the rides/experiences we hasn't before first so next we went to Nemesis Sub Terra which was such a thrill!
We then headed over to The Curse at Alton Manor, we weren't sure what to expect with this. We thought maybe like a ghost train but it was excellent and really creepy all the way through. Brilliant dark ride, they did such a good job with this! We then had a walk through the gardens and the sun even came out at this point! It was then time to head into X-Sector for a ride on Oblivion, this ride always turns our legs to jelly no matter how many times we have ridden it! We then go for a change of page and go to the World of David Walliams land and have a first ride on Gangsta Granny The Ride. This was obviously made for kids but we still enjoyed ourselves!
We go to the Dark Forest for a ride on Rita, we had a bit of bad luck and waited quite a while plus it broke down but once we finally got on we really enjoyed! We thought it was a good time to get a bite to eat after this and went to Burger Kitchen.... Can't say we were too impressed for the money. Would definitely say bring your own food!
We finished the day with a ride on Wicker Man, we love this wooden coaster, the pre show was a little chaotic but the ride itself was fantastic as always. We had a brilliant time at #altontowers and we won't leave it so long next time to return.

Awesome day at Alton Towers!! This is another park on our bucket list. The coasters look to be all themed so good and look like they are a blast to ride! The park is very pretty and reminds me of Busch Gardens in Williamsburg VA with all the foliage, gardens, etc. Great vlog as always. Cheers 👍🏻👍🏻
It’s such a brilliant park, the one we go to most over in the U.K.! Would definitely recommend! They really do have some great rides/ coasters it’s a lot of fun even just walking round taking it all in! That would be amazing to visit Busch Gardens. Alton Towers is definitely on our list of places we would like to visit. I put it in our list so long ago when we watched Jackie and Sam visit there from Super Enthused. I think it’s such a pretty park too with all of the gardens. All of the theming is so spectacular. I love the spooky vibes of a lot of the rides. 😊👻
It’s a great park that we can’t recommend enough! Huge, full of really good coasters and and excellent theming too!

Haha that always happens to me on Rita, get to the front of the queue and it breaks down! Food in AT is crazy. I'm itching for a visit after watching this now though! Can't wait to try Nemesis Reborn. Great vlog both. Have a fab bank holiday xxx
Nemesis Reborn was amazing, it rides so smoothly now and the theming is amazing! Always happens to us at Rita too 🤣🤣

Looks like you had a very busy day and managed to get in plenty of rides. I’m surprised it wasn’t much busier as it was Easter Sunday?
Shame the food was a let down though.
