I think it may have been 48 Hours that also covered the Mullis case. I recall a (forensic?) pathologist showing diagrams of the locations of the six wounds and explaining that it was practically impossible for those six wounds to arise from a fall onto a corn rake having only four tines.
I know this is never something people want to think about but was the son ever looked at as a suspect? They never covered it in this video or others I have watched. He went to get water, he left the area, and he found her.
Same question ran through my head, too. 13yo is old enough to be suspicious and still young enough to do something tragic without understanding the long-term consequences and impact. It was his farm that his mother was trying to rip in two. And that could also be how a parent subversively coaches a child into such an action.
Man, she cheated on him for who knows how long, and she’s gotten into an issue of some kind with her “ affair boyfriend” and she’s talking about needing to have makeup eggs. She’s obviously toxic and an adulterous woman, it’s so weird that people keep acting like affairs, and taking serious money is some small thing. He got punished like he should, but i wish adultery was still illegal and it was prosecuted. As well as much better divorce laws, you’re cheating and you get to get half??? Sad country.
Honestly the only thing i heard in the 911 call was his wife saying “why’d ya do it”….i didn’t hear him say “cheating wh***” and even the expert translator said he didn’t hear what they were saying he said….BUT…he clearly did it, he’s the face of why you never put your client on the stand. His expressions said it all. If you didn’t do it it would be adamant, confident answers with diction. His eye rolls and smirks showed pure guilt.
This Tracey chick is annoying. I don’t know why my nerves are so irked by her. She doesn’t even know this man nor Amy but she is inserting herself in EVERY aspect! 🙄
We all react differently to situations like this to hear a juror talk about being persuaded by someone's emotion or lack of emotion is alarming. He knew being convicted, his son would be an orphan and he would spend the rest of his life behind bars. Also the love between them had faded. All this could very well have made him numb and seemingly cold. A conviction should be based on facts, evidence and credible witnesses, not feelings or beliefs! The justice system didn’t fail the jury did. God forbid you ruined a family and he actually is innocent.
Scary to know that in todays world with media and social media with drawn out cases that go viral, juries automatically go into most trials in todays world with a biased. Very scary especially with both of these cases with no direct evidence pointing to a guilty person they were both basically told they will pass in jail.
I’m gonna be honest, the first 20 minutes did not sway me… The reporter is annoying, texts don’t mean much, the points brought up early on are not given any context or evidence… But the testimony of the family and friends, the searches online, and the 911 call of course screams guilty.
She was worried about the 911 call?!?! Yet his internet searches that somehow magically popped up on his devices are a ok... Smdh what is wrong with these women supporting him?
I don’t think he did it. It sounds more like her lover’s wife. He was not away from son long enough. Son had changed story after living with his mom’s family.
Hmmm, so, the lover's wife knew where the corn rake was? She knew all about the farm and that the corn rake was on the floor between fertilizer tanks and the wall?

I think it's called the "McGurk Effect" though I'm reaching on an old memory.
Misheard lyrics effects.
@@healthyhappywell5611 my thoughts exactly
I missed that par. How old was he when he went to get water?
Same question ran through my head, too.
13yo is old enough to be suspicious and still young enough to do something tragic without understanding the long-term consequences and impact.
It was his farm that his mother was trying to rip in two.
And that could also be how a parent subversively coaches a child into such an action.
This is true. I thought the same thing. They had decided he was guilty at the front. She may have been sleeping with the police headquarters
His son was not googling how to off his wife!! 😂😂😂😂
She was getting forked by all the farmers 😅 and was gonna walk away with the money. I don’t think we’re giving her enough credit…
😂😂😂😂
I wish the terrible background music could stop!!!
My thought, man was a victim
Thats why ppl shouldnt cheat. You dont know what kind of ppl you are dealing with.
Let that lady live in prison with him.
She was unfaithful to her husband.. I can't stand Cheaters
Whywas he not upset about his son?
Cameras off, google searches, 911 call. Crazy that people think he’s not guilty. He’s guilty and justice was seved
Y’all be wanting to get away from a dude, but instead of doing that you going cheat on him and then bro snaps and somebody ends up dying
2:32 those dern forks are always causing problems smh 🤦
Cheating kills.
Same
Scary to know that in todays world with media and social media with drawn out cases that go viral, juries automatically go into most trials in todays world with a biased. Very scary especially with both of these cases with no direct evidence pointing to a guilty person they were both basically told they will pass in jail.
Kid's not an orphan. An orphan is a kid who's parents died.
Agreed. Farmers are notoriously detached because they have to kill animals for a living. I hardly think that’s reason enough to convict a man.
not a chance he is innocent not a chance
It sounded like he was counting to me 🤷🏽♂️ “1 2 3 4”
One thing I could agree people should avoid investigating is a cowardly cheating money hungry wife
The person who edited the video should go get his ears checked. The background music was way too loud . This is awfull.
I’m gonna be honest, the first 20 minutes did not sway me…
The reporter is annoying, texts don’t mean much, the points brought up early on are not given any context or evidence…
But the testimony of the family and friends, the searches online, and the 911 call of course screams guilty.
She was worried about the 911 call?!?! Yet his internet searches that somehow magically popped up on his devices are a ok...
Smdh what is wrong with these women supporting him?
Background music is not necessary.
She didn't hear it because of her ATTRACTION to a murderer.HE SAID IT and DID IT!!! Great job prosecutor!
I always know in heart when someone is guilty after watching a trial. I’m not sure about this one.
I agree.. I always thought the son did it.
Yeah dude looked innocent that’s the issue with public defenders at times 😨
Definitely the son@@kellyhaney9852
So somebody had your phone going to google to search different topics
How many ad breaks do you need oml it's one every 5-10 min
Why the music
I don’t think he did it. It sounds more like her lover’s wife.
He was not away from son long enough. Son had changed story after living with his mom’s family.
Glad you weren't on the jury...
Hmmm, so, the lover's wife knew where the corn rake was? She knew all about the farm and that the corn rake was on the floor between fertilizer tanks and the wall?
Are you serious? These boys went to visit the father and actually found videos their dad literally eating sh+t on a video!!
The dad murdered Dylan because he discovered a video of his dad literally eating sh+t on a video!! That’s why he murdered Dylan, the dad didn’t want his sick nature to be revealed!! 😡😡
I don’t think they had enough evidence to convict him.
What is money if your not happy. So if your wife is cheating then give half and start over. Believe its hard to get away with murder. And way more if you know the person. Now you loss all, your life, kid's and etc.
That music is far too loud
He didn't say "she's cold." I heard "is she cold?", and if he did, to me that seems like a reaffirmation in one's self, wondering if the deed was complete.
Can't believe her ASSININE HUSBAND actually thought he could get away with this horrific act !!!! Especially given the
UNLIKELY method of her death !!!
Who takes care of the farm whilst he’s in jail or prison? I worry for the animals!
Omg this is so sad!! I feel bad for his mother and brother.
