Do you have any questions about Personal Licences?
yes how long is the exam which is 40 questions? and what happens if one scores less than 28/40 if they didn't have enough time to finish for example? Thanks
You have 1 hour to complete the 40 question exam. Unfortunately, is is not possible to grant additional time - so a score of 28 or higher will be required within the 1 hour allowance.
If you fail to score at least 28/40 correct answers, you will need to book a resit to retake your exam at a later date.
Don't stress though! The questions should be very straight forward if you stay engaged throughout the course :) Hope this helps & best of luck!
More a question about your course/ test. If you're giving us the whole lesson here, when we sign up for the course are we essentially just getting the exam? Seems pointless to go through the lesson for the whole day again if it's right here already and we can go through it beforehand

Is personal licence is enough to get premises licence or they are different.
So I sat my personal license exam today and although the written revision handbook I had been using had all the info I struggled to retain all the info. Played this video on repeat 3 times the day before and once again on the day of the exam and passed with high marks no problem at all. The fact that this is for a business in South Wales and I from Mossel Bay originally made the learning experience even better being taught by Anthony - cheers bru

Is personal licence is enough to get premises licence or they are different. Could you please give some valid link to apply DBS Check and criminal convicted certificate and are they different and can I apply for these certificate 10 days before my tanning and exam.
Some advice please.i run a hamper online business from home that will now start including alcohol.whats my best way forward.

I run a small business from home selling pre packed soft drinks online. The company is registered with my local council and i have all the correct paper work allowing me to trade. I would now like to upgrade the business and start supplying pre packed alcohol beverages too. Besides completing an independent (APLH) exam online and then applying for a Personal Licence through my local authorities is there anything else i should know about? Will this video be sufficient enough information to go through to acquire my aplh, in terms of studying material? Done a few mock tests online & passed them with around 90%. Are the mock tests actually realistic in comparison to the actual exam, such as the difficulty & style of questions or will they be completely different?

Hi Ziya, yes if you fail you will have to pay to rebook. However, if you get our Flexi Plus option, you can have unlimited resits for free.

Hi Demi, personal licenses issued in England or Wales can not be transferred to Scotland. Similarly, personal licences issued in Scotland can not be transferred to England or Wales.
