INGREDIENTS
-14cups water
-4Tbsp salt
-500g lasagna pasta
-2pcs chopped onions
-6cloves chopped garlic
-1pc small finely chopped red bell pepper
-1Kg ground beef
-1Tbsp salt and ground black pepper
-500g tomato sauce
-165g grated cheese
-1/2cup light brown sugar
-tomato paste 4Tbsp
-100g butter
-2pcs 250ml all purpose cream
-370ml cold evaporated milk
-1/2tsp salt
-ground black pepper
-165g grated cheese
-200g grated mozzarella cheese
-about 325g grated mozzarella cheese for toppings

Tried this last year's Christmas and my in-laws love it! Right now I'm cooking it again and will bring to my parents so they could taste it too. Taste like Greenwich, even much better! For me this is the best and easiest to follow recipe, no wonder it hits million views. I dunno how many times I repeated it coz I'm following instructions 😆 more power to you Chef Kuya Fern! Tried your recipe but I didn't use bell pepper and I only used 1 cheese, which is a big quickmelt cheese to save money and well done! Sabi nga ng mommy, kabog daw ang lasagna ng Greenwich 😆

Okay lang po ba ba ang gamitin ko ay eden melt cheese lng? And yung tomato sauce na ginamit ko ay filipino style tomato sauce
Lalapot pa dn po ba ung sauce pag pinalitan ko ng eden melt cheese lng instead of mozarella?
@@dyanarradelrosario6590 yes po pwede yung sa eden, filipino style tomato sauce din po ang ginamit ko. For the white sauce nmn, I suggest na ilagay sa ref yung nestle cream bago sya lutuin mas magiging creamy sya, pwede mo din lagyan ng flour if gusto mo talaga malapot sya.

Kuya Fern, salamat po sa recipe nyo. I did some tweaking po by adding beef bouillon, Italian seasoning and Italian sausage. It came out perfect. Mala 🎀 po ang lasa.

ito yung susundin ko na recipe ng lasagna na ihahanda ko sa pagsalubong namin sa bagong taon,Ok lang ba kahit walang Mozarella Cheese ang mehel kasi ng Mozarella hindi kaya ng budget 😅.

Made lasagna for the first time for NYE2024. Used quickmelt cheese for the sauce and cream tapos lahat ng mozzerella nilagay ko lang as toppings. Also used italian style tomato sauce kasi yun preference namin and instead of 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 lang nilagay ko. Pati ako nagulat kasi ang sarap 😭😭
