I had a Peugeot Expert 3 L2, an extremely small and uncomfortable van. Аt 100 thousand km it started to have problems with the Adblue system.I'm glad I sold it. I also have a Renault Trafic, much more spacious and comfortable.
Hi Ashley, I'm interested in starting window cleaning as a career change. I'll be working on a budget... is there any chance you could make a video on a starting budget setup that would fit in a car. Thanks :)
Yeah, I’ve done videos on cheap setups in the past. Theres also my training course online: www.aemackintosh-onlinetraining.com/courses/window-cleaning-tools-and-techniques
Hi Ashley, bit late catching this video but great timing as I’m looking at getting a van in the new year. Question, have you always used a petrol run system that you wheel in and out, or have you tried a fixed cage set up before? Seems a lot of people used fixed systems which appeals to me, but then I guess it makes it trickier when doing a patio where the house doesn’t have a side way etc. Be interested to know your thoughts please mate. Many thanks
Yeah, it depends on your business I suppose. I prefer to keep the space in my van flexible for different things I’m doing. I can still leave the pressure washer in there on some occasions. Others prefer to have it bolted in. Works well if that’s the main thing you do I suppose, but you have to make sure you park close to the job.
@@aemackintosh ah yes I’ve seen this one. It’s a toss up between the 35l Kiam, the nano and just going for the cheap and cheerful Gardiner back park. Streamline does look good though
I have now put all my best videos and information into my courses to help others in business:

Hey Ashley happy new year, can I ask where you got the pole brackets please
They’re from Streamline. Way too expensive! But one of my favourite things from my old van that I wanted to include in the new van.👍🏼
Loving it. You old school use a ladder. ? When cleaning the facies
Yeah, the ladder still comes out occasionally.👍🏼

Thanks. I just got the racking from Amazon.👍🏼
Hi Ashley interesting to see how your van fit out reflecting emphasis on non window tasks; are you finding a good regular supply of roof cleans?
Hi, yes I’m doing at least one roof clean nearly every week.👍🏼

@ that’s good advice, thank you. Have a great Xmas 🎅🍻
Hi Ash, where do you get the racks you use for the poles in the van? Great video as always 👍🏼
The pole rack is the one thing I’ve brought across from Streamline.
Hi Ashley,
Why dont you van mount the washer? Saves all that lifting and shifting
I want to keep the space flexible so I can take different sets of equipment to different jobs.
Hi,What size nozzles do you use in your fsc for block paving?
I have 15 degree jets on my fsc.
What did you do with your other van Ashley
It’s for sale. Message me for details.
Hi Ash. What trolley is that you have and is it any good?
It’s a Purefreedom nano trolley. Solid.💪🏼
Why the change from the Transporter?
The flat tank wasn’t working out for me and my business is changing.
Hey Ashley what is the racking you have?
It’s from Streamline. Very expensive though.😬

The racking? I would stay away from kiam if I were you.
Are you purifying the water at home now you only have a delivery system.
Yes, I have a little RO setup to purify my water straight into the van. Similar to my old van, but it’s just not built in this time, to save space.👍🏼
The vans looking a bit dirty inside 🤣😂🤣😂
