He’s not ready and needs some healing and that’s ok too. His trauma got him tripping. From the things he’s saying it sound like if she just smiles he considers it flirting. For us women, it don’t take much for a guy to think you’re flirting w/ them. If you blink twice they think you tryna F. I’m very outgoing by nature and 95% of the time am not flirting but I can admit that me personally I realized I can be flirtatious by nature. The first guy.. I don’t think he actually likes women and he’s battling with that hardcore. He has a kid that he never asked for and he was violated by a woman. If he is gay, he might feel like he needs a woman to help him care for his child because he doesn’t know how to, and he might think another man wouldn’t know how to either or wouldn’t want to. Whatever the case, they seem to be more like friends than partners and he isn’t in love with her. She so genuinely loves him and expresses that to him. When he asked “can you tell me, how do I treat you?” I think he was trying to tell her to put the pieces together herself by the way he treats her but she came back with the positives unexpectedly. Just my own perceptions and intuition.
