I have built many presses and the best frame work by far is reclaimed C channel plain and simple and cheap and less work involved

Wasn’t Chucky thrown off TH-cam for reading out a racist manifesto full of hate and white supremacy? Or is that someone else I was thinking of?

@@davidcat1455 honestly I don't know exactly why he had been taken off TH-cam.

Good job, you can get a more accurate measurement from center to center of your holes if you measure from the edge of each hole, for example, put your tape on the left edge or right edge of each hole and you'll get the exact accurate measurement instead of trying to make sure your tape is in the exact center of each hole, especially when it's critical to be exact, but whatever works for you, but give it a try, I think you'll find it very helpful 👍👍👍👍

Thanks for the video Chucky, I hope you build a brace to keep your hydraulic cylinder centered, and keep it from moving from one side or the other. I hope you saw the cylinder moving in your video, and I am just preaching to the choir..

Very good video, without a lot of editing out of some of the struggles....sure can relate to the parts that were left in! LOL. Nice job and design.

G'day there Chucky. Just a suggestion you might want to put some stabiliser arm on the bottom or half way up the hydraulic cylinder to give it bit more rigidity, to stop it from flexing left, right, backwards and forwards. As I notice there was some slight flex in the cylinder as you was pressing the square tubing. All you'll need is a length of C channel so the cylinder can fit through and just to stabilise the cylinder and bolt it to the sides just in case you want to move it out of the way. Other than that it was a great build 👍👍

Yea, Hey there, the "telegram" thing keeps coming up on other sites and the content providers call it a hack. I don't know what that's all about. Not welding so much anymore but always a fan. Thanks for this one. Best wishes.

Pipes inside not just added weight and money, would also add a lot of strength, how long has it been now? And are your holes getting wallered out yet? 4 months, probably not yet, 5 yrs possibly.

There is a reason for not posting 75 minutes of video. If you split longer stuff into 15-20 minute episoded here you could post 4 manageable installments, your views will increase x4 'cause this is good stuff but my arse died at 20 minutes. I had to email myself a link so I could do some stuff (like moving) in the real world then return later. Just saying, think about it. good content.

Will you be uploading new videos or will this channel solely be an archive of content that was lost when your CE2009 channel was deleted?
