It's already good, but now it will be by far the best training for technical writers. And we teach you how to ask for raises, promotions, answer interview questions, and map out your career path.
Hey Hunter, yes and no. A flow chart is just one way (and a common way) of showcasing a process map. You can also showcase a process map using a simple excel spreadsheet and using other tools as well.
