Even large and sophisticated organizations struggle with their processes and a large part of the problem is lack of documentation. It’s hard to create it, to keep it up to date and to get people to actually use it.
Equally, a lack of documentation gives you all sorts of headaches. For a start, you can’t improve a process without defining it as it stands now. Without a map of where you are, how can you plot a course to where you want to go? - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

Thanks for this video. I have a need to for rapid process delivery in my current role. I'm in Training Design & Delivery, couple w/ project implementation, so i'm constantly requested to document new enhancements & processes and i'm looking for an efficient way to create effective documentation that can be quickly distributed.

This iis so odd... the main issue is not the lack of documentation, but the lack of communication and networking. Having a document about how to write a document is not a soultion
it is a start. Just getting it down is a good step.
