Nice, but if you rotated the piece 90 degrees in Cura (holes pointing up) you could've printed with zero supports.

      True!

Actually, I just realized the 10mm concave doesn't allow for it to be printed without supports. I knew there was a reason I didn't print it that way (brain fart).

Not complaining...just wondering...when you used the round roof shape to add the rounded sides and top...after duplicating why did you manually rotate with the angle tool instead of mirroring them? Just out of habit? Only asking because I used to do this and often had to undo after accidentally going 89° instead of 90° or going too far and then having to go back again. I just found the mirror tool less clicks and less time. 😊

That's a good point. I do use it out of habit. I have used the mirror tool many times, but more often than not I just revert back to habit. Haha
As far as going over or under 90°,
(not implying that you don't already know) a lot of people don't realize that when you click the rotation arrows, on that circle that pops up, if your cursor is on the inner circle, it snaps to every 22.5° so getting to 90° is easy enough. But when you're on the outside of the circle, that's where you can go 1° at a time for more fine tuning.
Good point though, I'll try to break the habit, but no promises 😁

Good stuff! How did you design the curved pads with the grooves?

I just lined up a bunch of the cylinder shape on top of a thin box and grouped them together. Then used Edit Face in Fusion to put the same degree curve into them that the pockets on the neck rest have.
