Those animals are tough, really tough. They make elk look like wimps. I’ve seen them absorb multiple hits to the vitals and keep going. It boggles your mind how they can just keep going when other animals would have already expired. Great shot and great video.

The meat is great table fare and is similar to grass fed beef.
