I live in chattanooga tennessee about 3 hours from valor ridge. And im going to get out there and train someday soon i hope. Reid seems like one of the best instructors iv seen. Great video.
If the slide didn't lock back the pistol wasn't empty, not a malfunctioning one. Reid is very strict on what guns he uses or allows his students to use...only manufacturer built guns allowed, and then not all brands, to avoid malfunctions.
If you’re talking about the scene at 1:39 in the video, it’s a Glock 19 and it was not a malfunction. It’s simply a technique called an administrative reload. If you run it dry, then you’ll be performing an emergency reload at slide lock.
Thanks, Reid and the team at Valor Ridge for what you do and what you stand for. See you this summer.
I love that Reid focuses on not just the “what” of use of arms, but the “why”.
Very nicely put together. Reid is an extremely passionate, committed, and capable instructor- This portrayed that excellently.
Agreed. I plan to take his rifle classes one day
I’m moving out from CA to TN. Soon enough I’ll be at The Ridge training.
Good 4 U but leave your blue voters card on Newsome's recalled asssssss. Haha not saying that's how you vote personally, just the CA stigma.
Great Video. This Man Has Super Knowledge. Thank You Reid!
Elliot Class of ‘19! So happy to see how this is progressing. Hoping to come back in 2022
Be there in October 2023, God willing...Rifleman 1. I'm pumped!
I've always respected Reid!
