I'm finally getting some tint on my vehicle. Quite excited because i'm going with the ceramic tint, bet more expensive but hopefully worth it.

      @@JamarD421 honestly I don't feel a big difference.
But I don't think it's worth paying an extra $100-200 for it.
But with the extra UV protection then it might be worth it.
The vehicle is still hot asf when I get in it

@@GONZALUMA Window tint does slow down the heat build up in the cabin but will not eliminate it completely. Heat build up in the cabin will largely depend on how long its been sitting out in the sun and also the temperature. The longer it sits out in the heat, the heat willl eventually start to build up as all doors and windows are closes and there is no where for the heat to escape.
What ceramic tint will do is prevent any fading to the interior caused by long exposure to UV and infrated. Also, once you turn on the air con, it insulates the glass so that minimal heat and infrared travels through the glass ensuring that the air conditioner works effectively.

Excellent question as there are some unscrupulous businesses out there. Manufacturers should use watermarks to differentiate their lines of film. In the meantime always use an authorized dealer and hope they honor their contract with the manufacturer and provide a detailed invoice along with a copy of the warranty.

No matter which tint you get, if it's not installed properly, they'll bubble out. The kind of tint has nothing to do with bubbling.

Carbon films do offer more of a darker black finish to it whereas ceramic films focus on reducing heat and infrared whilst maintaining as much visibility as possible.
