Classic slice missed the boat on that one. I live in Milwaukee and was excited until I saw the review. I wouldn't eat their whack cookie, but their pizza is pretty good

The ' over cooking' brings out the flavors of the cheese and crust. This pizza is a soggy floppy greasy one. It's got no backbone. I have been here when I visited my brother in Phoenix. I called it a 7.5 before Dave did it's a fair score.

I feel like for Dave 95% of the score is on the crust. All pizza's have sauce and cheese, yet he doesn't consider that or the taste as much. Some places make a killer sauce that is better than most. There are also cheese blends and where it's sourced that can change the flavor big time. I personally evaluate all of the ingredients and how it is cooked to determine how good it is.

This is true, however there are two exceptions when cheese and sauce might come into play. If the sauce has too much going on, like herbs or garlic, etc. he won't like it as much. And if the baked cheese leads to an oily slice he might not like it as much.

I feel like a lot of these slice shops don’t make it as crispy because they intend to throw it back in the oven to heat it up when you get your slice. I’ve bought a whole pie from a slice shop before and the leftovers were better than when I originally got it for that reason. It needs the reheat for the crisp

Honestly, I've never had Crispy Neapolitan but I believe that Bianco Pizza was the crispiest of all of Dave's reviews.

Live in Milwaukee. Watched the video the day it was released and saw the article the next day and heavily rolled my eyes after wishing I could've resisted my curiosity and not clicked on it. He wasn't trashing Classic Slice, he is always honest and gave and honest review of the cookie and expressed disappointment with how the trip was starting because he genuinely wanted to review their pizza and struck out.
I live here in Phoenix. Bianco is amazing if you like this style. so fresh and they make their own mozz. Pane is more of a lunch place. great food!! ❤

I just mainly watch these videos to play the guessing game with Dave's scores. I've been off a lot recently but there was a time when no joke I guessed the score spot on like 20 times in a row.

The best coffee shop in Phoenix was next door. Lux makes the most delicious iced mochas. Their pastries are the bomb as well.
