- You’ll do a lot of parking when driving around, and it’s essential to know when and where you can park your car. Driving instructor Jacqueline will help you understand when you’re allowed to park and when parking is prohibited.
If parking is permitted often depends on the color of the curb. Out on the roads, you’ll find yellow lines, white lines, green lines, and red lines, and they all have different restrictions. To make it even harder, you’ll also have to look for various parking signs regulating whether parking is permitted or prohibited.

Does LA have red curbs where not to park?

"Dropping of the kids and they are ignoring red no parking". But parking is not stopping. In the no parking areas you can still stop for pick up/drop off. In the no stoppint areas you can't stop neither park. You are confusing when you call everything "parking", because that zone was actually "no stopping", not "no parking".
Driving in new york sucks. Its overcrowded and full of cars. Almost no parking spots on the Street.
