Yeah, foxes are neat and all, but I'd rather have a new type of wood...
Desert had a new wood too. Tiaga literally only had campfires and berries and foxes all of them are useless. And the campfire is only good for decorating.
I DOUBT it was new... I can almost garuntee you it would be the result of planting four acacia saplings in a square... I hope it’s a new wood but the chances are slim

Savanna! The savanna should be updated, because it has nothing special about it except for its very own tree. The taiga and desert already have its own stuff like wolves and temples.
EmeraldSnowman wolves are not exclusive to taiga biomes.

@@thedopeypotato It has the possibility to be so much more. Maybe we can cook food? Maybe sleep or reset spawnpoint? Who knows but it has potential. Plus there are very little light sources available at early game.

I would love termites even more because of that.
As much as I like foxes, they're canids, which means they're basically just fluffier wolves. And meerkats are similar, but also don't have any unique properties that I can think of. But ostriches... Now *that* could be interesting! Especially since it looks like you're going with the mythical-but-still-unique-and-fun idea of burying their heads in the sand, and also because they're big enough to ride. (I... may have played a lot of Donkey Kong Country growing up...)
And termites are kind of interesting, too, if they have a use. If they're just going to destroy all our wooden builds, then absolutely not! And if they're just aesthetic, then that's kind of boring. But if you can find a creative use for their wood-eating, that's pretty unique!
I'll probably be voting for the savannah. Also, side note: IRL, termites will follow ink paths drawn on paper, as many types of pen ink contain chemicals similar to their pheromones. (This was part of a biology lab I did once in high school.) So maybe ink could become a flat placeable block like redstone dust, and termites will follow those paths? Just an idea.

They've got a regular taiga, a cold taiga, a redwood forest, a mega taiga, and a mega spruce taiga already, whereas they only have savanna and savanna plateau.
I like the regular taiga biome the way it is now, whereas if it was chosen, I still think it'd be cool for them to update the redwood forest biome.

They could also add zebras with ease, (basing them off of horses like mules and donkeys). and rhinos, elephants,buffalos,Lions,hyenas, cheetahs and lastly crocodiles (crocodiles could also Spawn in swamps ) oh and maybe wooden spears? Idk there are so many great options for savannah biomes. I really hope they win, but most likely taiga Will win, it seems the most popular and campfires sound pretty cool i guess, i just hope they add deer/moose if taiga wins.But my vote goes to the savannah biome.

Nope, the emptiest biome obviously is Savannah. While Savannah has only trees, Taiga has wolves, and the desert has temples.
the emptiest is taiga, you only have wolves. in the desert you have temples, those small structers with water in the middle that spawn sometimes and you can find bones burried in the desert. while savanna is similar to taiga when it comes to emptiness , savanna actually has new type of trees inside AND you have a chance of finding a mesa biome right next to it , and mesa biomes are really good for getting clay . the taiga.....yes you have wolves and yes you have spruce trees , but these 2 things have been for so long in minecraft that they are nothing special now.

The most original content is for savanna. All the taiga has to offer is a retextured wolf, a retextured torch, and berries. The desert is better, but its just another wood type and a retextured, non-tamable ocelot.

MiYa so you’re talking biome specific weather. We have that for snow/ice and desert biomes, but not for the inbetweeners with more moderate temperatures.

They're marked as 'announced' because the features from the losing biomes are still intended to be added... eventually. They did update the swamp (second place from the 2019 biome vote) and the 'lost mobs' hunt from this year's Minecraft Live bedrock mob vote server include the losing mobs from the biome votes. Mojang hasn't forgotten 'em, at the very least
Given that the savannah was the second place from 2018, and by total percentage of the vote is now the most popular choice not yet added, the savannah would most likely be next
while i find the foxes quite cute, I really wish Savanna won last year... 😔
I'd also love for Badlands to win this year, but everybody seems very keen on having frogs. (if not Badlands, let the Mountains win goddamn it!!)

Even if savanna doesn’t win, it get updated anyway, they said that all the biomes will be updated. But the winner first
I'd say Savanna should be the next one updated, since it is the most dull and isn't very diversed. Changes made to the Savanna would improve the quality of the biome as a whole a lot more.

You always criticize people for trying to get your subscribers away, meanwhile, you yourself are not getting the subscribers through legitimate ways (in this case, asking for subscribers). In my opinion, savanna is more needed, I want giraffes and elephants to the game. And there was bees on the background....Will they add them??? Minecraft needs insects too. And special structures for savanna. I gonna vote for savanna.

Don't you mean updated first, not the most updated? Cuz that would be really unfair for other biomes.
Taiga has official mobs- the wolf. Why add a fox when you could just retexture it in a resource pack. There are ways to make it random, so some will be wolves and others will be foxes. The official structures are the spruce villages (they arent really unique) I vote savanna

savanna: entire new type of wood meaning new things to be done with building and termite mounds along with ostriches that you may have been able to ride. this also comes along with decomposing plants
desert: same thing with the savanna, they have a new tree meaning new logs, leaves, stairs, slabs, stripped wood, and just new opportunities for builders in the minecraft community. they would also get meercats which would be a nice little addition to the game. they could have been useful or not but we dont know because we havent had them yet.

We don't need another mountable mob, after the endgame you can just fly around using Elytra. Besides most people set up a Nether tunnel network

I'm Vandanger Not only are sweet berries a terrible food source, due to only restoring half of a health bar, but they’re an inconvenience when you’re running through the Taigia and get stuck in it. Basically an edible spiderweb that does damage if you move past it.
