Nice reaction!!! If you cought it...along with Lecrae, Kendrick also mentioned another Christian rapper, Dee-1 in WTPD. Dee-1 also replied with a dope song called Call It What It Is.
I'll say that both perspectives from Kendrick and Lecrae are necessary. We have to simultaneously try to bring balance to our lives whilst also cross-examining and reflecting on ourselves and the circumstances of our "opposition". This is really a starting to point to the Christian Album theory or atleast future feature collaborations.
@@dabtrollcreationstv Well there's several theories based on atleast the Sound and the Subject matter. 1. West Coast sound 2. Christian Rap Influence Sound 3. Drake Diss Album Also it kinda makes sense for him to take the second approach sense GOD is a central theme to many of Kdot's works. It would allow him the opportunity to give us more insight onto the idea of The Cultural "Collective Conscious" as he has done since TPAB, Damn, etc.
@@jarryj1995 I can definitely see a mix of all 3 but if it’s for the album other than not like us I don’t see any other disses being on there. But I can see this new track being a hint. It almost feels like it should be part of the heart series.
@@dabtrollcreationstv Yeah it definitely has the self reflective vibe of one. People have speculated that most likely Kendrick would've named this "The Heart pt. 6" If it wasn't for the battle.
I think what he's trying to say is we all Senners. He saying don't hate the center hate the sin. We all need to change individually to have a better world by following God and making him our Lord and savior!! Jesus bled for all of us repenters! Trying to remind us that jesus died for all these worldly problems that were experiencing now. Don't waste time on the fire the circus and burning it down, Just focus on leading people to God and showing them there's another way! End of the day whether you're tender Drake or lecrae we're all sinners. This made me cry and I thought I was some kind of tuff
@@chavezchavez1133 facts 💯 I think that is why Kendrick feels conflicted. We are all sinners and even Kendrick mentioned it in numerous tracks, but if you see something and call it out what is the next step. It’s something we all do but the excesses is at an all time high
