- Hello there!. We found a popular spot in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, known for their roast pork belly with extremely crispy skin and just full of flavor.
They are the second generation that runs the stall, with their parents operating another stall in a different location. The vendor will make sure to check your preference, how do you like your meat to be, and he will cut accordingly.

They are delicious. I tried roast pork where ever I visit the southeast Asia. Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Taiwan. I tried roast pork in Hong Kong, Beijing and Macao. Philippines has a similar version but the people prefer the traditional version. Full of herbs, like lemon grass inside the belly. And the skin is crispy thin through open fire like charcoal.

There is a place in my area sell out peaking duck and crackling pork in 2hours of opening, 2 chef, wife and husband run the whole shop

I would prefer siew yok without the bone but not sure if that’s doable at this kind of shop.

They could not come up with a manual machine cutting roast pork. A machine with dozen blades inside and you press it down , it cut into small block, safe. It just matter times, he sell all his fingers like a carpenter with chain saw, not worth it

He’s cutting it the traditional way with the meat clever. Go to any Chinese BBQ shop in any city in the world selling roast duck, pork etc and it’s all cut up this way.
