Wow, the average watch bloke knows so much more than these two. This watch has been reviewed by everyone already, Weeks ago. What was this a commercial? And what's with the new 321 coming out? Its been out for a long time. Do they still offer a hesalite? WTF.
IKR. Watch 'expert' asks if they still offer it in hesalite. There's a reason most other watches don't offers a choice of hesalite or sapphire, and a reason the Moonwatch is still available with either. It's not rocket science.
I think that the online community is hyperfocused on the Speedmaster. And while the hivemind tells us we need to have memorized its history and reference numbers, these two clearly are not quite as interested in the model. I would almost say, good for them.
First thing I was thinking is.. Sinn. I have to laugh at the youtubers these days. What a corporate love in this stuff seems to be. End of the day, the bracelet looks great but it's design has issues and all sorts of watch enthusiasts have complained about it.
The new bracelet is indeed quite stunning. I always thought the speedy looked best on a black/grey nato, but this might be the first one I’d say pay for and keep the steel bracelet.

Great video as always Christian. I always wanted to like the prior Speedmaster but couldn't put my finger on what I disliked about it. That's like saying the Submariner no date could do with some visual spice. It's their most iconic piece, so very little is going to change each generation. With both of these watches, people lust after them for decades so they can't really afford to do anything too crazy.
