Hello We have problem with ge/AF650 or danfous speed controller. when it starts up to 40hz speed. It stops and displays an alarm (WARNING/ALARM 7, DC over voltage) and 2nd time alarm (WARNING/ALARM 8, DC under voltage) Please how is the solution? Thanks

Test: Check output limits in parameter 4-13 Motor Speed High Limit [RPM], parameter 4-14 Motor Speed High Limit [Hz], and parameter 4-19 Max Output Frequency. Solution:Program correct limits. Possible cause: Reference input signal not scaled correctly. Test: Check reference input signal scaling in parameter group 6-0* Analog I/O mode and parameter group 3-1* References. Solution:Program correct settings 2. Symptom: Motor speed unstable Possible cause: Possible incorrect parameter settings. Test: Check the settings of all motor parameters, including all motor compensation settings. For closed-loop operation, check PID settings. Solution: Check settings in parameter group 1-6* Load Depen. Setting. For closed-loop operation, check settings in parameter group 20-0* Feedback.
Hi Iam facing error in VLT Danfoss FC102. 250Kw DC over Voltage A7 I have increased the Ramp Down time from 8sec/15sec but still the problem same as per your informative video their in no any option in the hardware for Brake Resistor could you pls help me
