It's heavely implied that the FNAF 1 location is the same one that the Withered stayed in before FNAF 2 and was just reused by Fazbear Entertainment in FNAF 1, they said in the FNAF 2 newspapers that if they reopened it would be with a low budget, so why build a new location if you can just rebrand one you already own, it would be way cheaper, not to mention it would make a neat parallel between the MCI and the Follow Me minigames, in the MCI, they got tricked and lured to the backroom by William and killed, and in Follow Me, they got trickid again into going to the same room again to get "killed" again.
FNaF 1 location also includes a saferoom (FNaF 3 minigames) despite the fact that no locations would have saferooms except for Fredbear's and the Unwithered pizzeria (FNaF 3 phone calls).
