one of the worst weeks of my life😭
taking you guys with me through one of the most stressful weeks ever. after getting back from my trip to tennessee, deku ended up in the hospital & my channel was randomly removed without warning for a few days (spoiler: i got it back). join me as i try to stay positive & focus on what i can control despite it feeling like everything was going wrong at once :))

Seasonal depression in the big city is so real. I was just visiting. Was crying too. The city can be so cold and relentless in the winter time. It’s a great time to hibernate! Also I will say that because there’s so much going on all the time in the city that never sleeps you have to work harder to make time for self care. Weekly or nightly meditation/ quiet time to unpack the day will help keep you sane!

I'm so glad to see you back, you are quite literally the ONLY lifestyle vlogger I watch, or have ever watched for that matter. The authenticity, the struggles, the growth....it's like a mirror, and shows me that I can do this. I have a feeling I know which sponsorship caused the issues, but I could be wrong. This might be one of my favorite vlogs of yours yet. I also am going through some things and can’t really get answers for until after the weekend and it is so so hard to focus on or do anything else. I also struggle with the balance of focusing on gratitude, distracting myself, isolating and when to lean on the other people in my life.

I’m the same age as you and also just moved into a new apartment and loveee watching your vlogs cause I feel like we’re both going through similar “coming of age” stages of life right now. Being 25 has been a whirlwind LOL but it’s genuinely comforting to realize other ppl my age are still figuring out life and to let go of the illusion that everyone has everything figured out by this point except for me. There is definitely something in the air because my Google business page got suspended for no reason I lost. My license and just a whole bunch of dumb ish.
Seems like a lot of similar people that vibrate on the similar level are all being affected right now. I don’t know if it is that astrology stuff or what.
What I am learning is that this is another example of just not putting all of our eggs in one or a few baskets we must have multiple streams of income as many as possible. And I’m doing a pretty good job of not letting *it stress me out either

Waitttt Keeping Up with The Joneses!! that movie IS wild lol. def the walking influencer and I’m not sure that it’s a completely fictional reality lol but no I would not say that being a content creator is quite like that, but I feel you lol it strays into that territory.
Honestly I’d rather just pay influencers directly to make content. I would love that so much. I’d rather pay for a content creator streaming channel over Netflix, and Hulu, no lie. like imagine instead of paying for mediocre films and TV we actually just paid and amount per month to watch our favorite content creators go around the world and move to new places in blog about their experiences and give us fashion and beauty advice. But anyway, since we don’t have that, we have brand sponsorships, don’t feel guilty. It is what it is. So happy you have your channel back. This must’ve been a really cathartic process to be able to vlog it, even not knowing if the channel would come back to you or not.
