      @@harshinireddy2283 yes because I started eating normally again. But the thing is we can manage weight by giving some concentration on how and what we are eating. If you want to reduce weight and maintain that even after that. My suggestion is, if you are healthy now without any health issues means you just take a challenge of this gm diet and follow strictly for one week after that you just shift to intermittent fasting. It will be better.
