I've unfortunately had too many patients die who I was the last person to have them tell me their final words. Most they have said to tell their families they were sorry and they love them. 😭
It's nice to know they thought of their families in their final moments. As someone who never got last words from their parents or to be with them in their final moments, I like to think maybe they were thinking of me.

No matter what they did or said about her, the truth is : She was basically an inexperienced, naive nice girl who would have blossomed into a wonderful asset for England if they (Charles and the entire RF) had not turned on her, treated her with disrespect, failed to love, honor and cherish her. She became lonely, isolated, unloved. But she remained true to her most important goal--being a good mother to her dearly beloved sons. They took away the HRH title of Princess, but she earned it, and I will never refer to her as anything but PRINCESS DIANA. May her sweet soul rest in peace. She was most likely the most down to earth royal in the Royal Family to have ever lived. She reached out to others in beautiful ways that displayed her pure personality and her gentility. I live in the US and I'll never forget this terrible day. This coming August will mark a quarter of a century since the death of Diana. Hard to believe it has now been that long ago. I remember turning on the TV randomly to find something to watch and there it was the news on all channels of the accident. A few moments later, it was announced that she had died. I remember my cousin calling me from California crying on the phone of this terrible news. Such a random event out of nowhere. May she be resting in peace.

The French SAMU are very slow, they first have to stabilize the patient and they could not get her to recover her correct blood pressure, it was terribly low, and her blood circulation was very weak, after all her heart was displaced to the right side of her chest. She had 2 heart attacks in the ambulance and in both they had to try to ressuscitate her, that was the reason for all the jerking to and fro of the ambulance, it wasnt due to foul play.And she was losing a lot of blood from her ruptured aorta artery and they could not stop the internal blood hemorrhage, all this was preventing the doctors from stabilizing her, this is why the ambulance was driven at a snail's pace. The French SAMU believe in trying to make the patient recover before reaching the hospital's emergency unit.
Ok, but if a “doctor”was in the ambulance, he would have known that she had internal bleeding and that the 3 minutes it would have taken to get her there would have been enough time to organise a surgery theatre and clamp the aorta, or stent before repair.

Such was the severity of the accident that they had a bit of difficulty measuring the impacts on those involved in the fatal crash. I was a young teen babysitting and watching TV after the kids had fallen asleep, waitintg for their parents to come home. I remember even at that young age and how naive I was then compared to now - even then I had this horrible feeling in my gut that something wasnt right - it was no "accident".

The tunnel was reopened within 5 hours like nothing had happened, and the samples of the drivers alleged drunken state was kept hidden and the flash cameras of the tunnel didn’t work on that day, and some fools still think this was all a freak accident!!

Yeah. Because they can't do it anywhere in the world. Then he went to the USA were the witch he married keeps seeking the spotlight that life as a royal didn't give her. I feel for that man child that grew up without his mom and ended up married to the horrible woman. He deserves a good woman that truly loves him.
I was pregnant with my first child, she died a little over a month before he was born. I was obsessed with the news of her passing and any info that came from it. I felt terrible for the two princes, so young to lose their mother. I still feel bad for Harry as he seems to have struggled the most even into adulthood. Sad.

diana's wedding day to charles was the beginning of the end of her life. she would have been alive today if she didnt marry charles. period. hence, the saddest and worst day of her life was her wedding day but everyone thought it was a fairytale. no one, her included, knew it would be a tragedy.
Back in 1997, I was only in year 10, and back in my days, my celebrity was her, and I would always look out for the "new idea magazine " just to read about her. When she passed away, I cried as if she was my very own. For the passing of Queen Elizabeth 11, I did drop a tear, but I never felt of how I felt heart broken for princess Dianne.
When Charles married Camilla I couldn't take it. Even as a kid I was aware of the Charles' affair with Camilla. So until now, it's really hard to process how he could stomach the guilt of marrying the woman that brought Diana so much sadness.
Well, Diana didn't have to marry Charles in the first place.

I live in the US and I'll never forget this terrible day. This coming August will mark a quarter of a century since the death of Diana. Hard to believe it has now been that long ago. I remember turning on the TV randomly to find something to watch and there it was the news on all channels of the accident. A few moments later, it was announced that she had died. I remember my cousin calling me from California crying on the phone of this terrible news. Such a random event out of nowhere. May she be resting in peace.
Hello youchris67. I experienced the same thing as you up until when your cousin called. I was in a motel that evening and turned on the t.v. & was looking for something to watch except I passed right by the event 2 more channels. I stopped a few seconds and said to myself, "what was that I saw?? I went back and the screen was showing from a high point, the complete car. I was mortified with horror. I don't think I was ever the same after that. I also backed the Queen in not coming back sooner. It was about the boys by then. So sad indeed. Why did it take over an hour by ambulance to get her to the hospital why?
The French SAMU are very slow, they first have to stabilize the patient and they could not get her to recover her correct blood pressure, it was terribly low, and her blood circulation was very weak, after all her heart was displaced to the right side of her chest. She had 2 heart attacks in the ambulance and in both they had to try to ressuscitate her, that was the reason for all the jerking to and fro of the ambulance, it wasnt due to foul play.And she was losing a lot of blood from her ruptured aorta artery and they could not stop the internal blood hemorrhage, all this was preventing the doctors from stabilizing her, this is why the ambulance was driven at a snail's pace. The French SAMU believe in trying to make the patient recover before reaching the hospital's emergency unit.
Ok, but if a “doctor”was in the ambulance, he would have known that she had internal bleeding and that the 3 minutes it would have taken to get her there would have been enough time to organise a surgery theatre and clamp the aorta, or stent before repair.
Many have asked that question; it can be chalked up to French incompetence.

@@anthonywilliams9852 Thanks for this rather enlightening comment, saved me time to write. People here already rush to ridiculous statements without seeing other angles. Such was the severity of the accident that they had a bit of difficulty measuring the impacts on those involved in the fatal crash. And Diana got to the point where she needed to be doped up because she was making medical care difficult on site and they didn't want her to worsen her serious condition.
Too good to have survived this cruel world. RIP Diana.

I was a young teen babysitting and watching TV after the kids had fallen asleep, waitintg for their parents to come home. I remember even at that young age and how naive I was then compared to now - even then I had this horrible feeling in my gut that something wasnt right - it was no "accident".
She was such a beautiful soul. I will never forget the night she died as long as I live. I called this person who used to be a “friend“ crying when I found out that Diana had died and this idiot horrible person said to me “what is wrong with you, you didn’t even know her, why do you care, you’re so dramatic!“ I’m grateful for the emotions that I have and feel and couldn’t imagine trolling this earth with zero empathy ...what a miserable life that must be. Diana was simply too good for this world.

No Diana wasnt parnoid at all she was followed, phone taped staff, royals and so called friends paid to spy on her. Duana didn't stand a chance and she knew it....
Paranoid doesn't mean all those things happening to her were untrue... if all of those things were happening to anyone, they'd definitely be paranoid and rightfully so.
