A mortgage lender can ruin your chances of buying a house and can totally rip you off in the process. You need to be checking lenders reviews before you even call them. No reviews = no business from you. In this video I break down the 3 signs you need to dump them
Jen and her team are amazing. Currently in the closing process 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
❤❤❤❤❤🎉almost home 🏡 🎉🎉🎉
I did a V A Loan with Jen last year. Her and her team are the very best .
Appreciate you Randy ❤️❤️
I am currently in the process with Jen and her Team. They truly are wonderful to work with. I was afraid to even apply because I thought my dTI was too high. Turns out I was wrong! Don’t hesitate to work with Jen and her Team.
❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m thankful for your videos!
Thank goodness for your videos!
I’m a new LO and your videos are GOLD.
So helpful 😊
Glad they are helping:)
My partner and I, can't wait to work with you once our loan gets finished with underwriting. Love everything you said especially about the lender and how they treat you about your financial situation. Also, being transparent about loan details. Our previous lender made us feel like we couldn't trust them on numbers and giving us the truth. Thank you 😊👍
Look forward to working with you! I am glad you escaped the shady lender!
Thank you Thank you for the encouragement 🙏 😊
Any time!
Thank you for this great advice!
happy to help!
Great Job Jen..! You’re the best..!
Appreciate you!
Very good video with so much wisdom and knowledge --- 3 types of business 1 cutting edge, 2 the leading edge, an 3 the trailing edge. I like how you break it down. Thank you this will help me more than ever in my purchase. I will tell others of your channel
Thank you I really appreciate that :-)
Liked before it goes live 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Appreciate you!
❤ I really enjoy this hasn't been most meaningful part for me personally was her sharing about how she was Jennifer was treated badly when she attempted to just talk about buying a car and how she was made to feel like what a less than you know situation unless in customer and I bet you didn't go over go back there I think that's really important I've had some pretty unpleasant experiences before they even talk to me about anything
100% did not buy a car there but that treatment stuck with me for a long time.
Jennifer Beeston for President!!😊
Can’t wait to work with you at the end of the year!
Looking forward to it!!🏡😊
Awesome video, I’m about to start as a Loan Officer after 7 years as a residential real estate agent.
Thank you! Welcome to mortgages
Thanks
Happy to help
I had to dump my first lender and loan officer because no matter how much I insisted I wanted a loan estimate or closing sheet sample he did not want to send me one and would rather talk to me on the phone and kept saying it’s 4% closing cost. 🤷🏻♂️
One more hand signal from one New Yorker to another. 👍
How about looking up a lender on the NMLS consumer portal. How long have they been in the business? Have they changed lenders 4x in the past 12 months? why is that? Oh they were a used car salesman before this job...lol
Great tip as well! People can look up their lender here www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org/
What’s considered a normal loan origination fee amount in Florida? A normal origination charge? What’s are the normal ranges for these?
We waive our lender fee on VA and our lender fee is $1440 on non VA loans. We are average. But it also comes down to if the lender is charging you points and what the rate is. Happy to chat 707-478-0637. I am a florida lender.
Hi Jennifer. What do you think about Rocket Mortgage (whole sale side) and do you do classes?
I think that rocket wholesale can have some great offers and options for brokers. The level of service that you get and how the whole loan process goes, will depend on the individual loan officer/broker who is handling the loan. In terms of classes, I’ve got a few things up my sleeve shoot me an email and I will throw you on a list:)
Thank you for replying Jennifer. Can you please give me your email, I don't see it on your description.

Currently looking at a new construction build with preferred lenders due to the incentives perks flex pay and 5.5 interest rate guarantee who says they are familiar with VA loans. Looking to put 15-20 down w/ va but lender feels I should do conventional after pre-approval quote. We are Dual veteran and my husband has a current va in use from previous home loan and will have to co-sign on this loan. She suggested the conventional due to him having an open va loan. Is this right? Can I still use my va? Can he still co-sign with an open va loan? Our DTI is less than .2 and credit is 745 lowest from both. Annual combined income 220k take home.
Call me. Let's walk through this 707-478-0637
Hi Jen when it comes to new construction homes can me and my fiance both on title/deed but only one of us will be on the mortgage when it settle?
Depends on loan type. Va only veteran and spouse can be on title
@@JenniferBeeston thanks!
Great Lender.... You will not find a better lender that works for YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
We want to move Prime Lending he told us to bring your score up, he never calls he always text we have work if him since February
Call me and let's get you home 707-478-0637
I think processor matters more
Processors are very important but if the lender sucks it does not matter how good the processor is as the lender controls your rate
Is it odd after doing a preapproval for the lender to tell you they can only send the preapproval letter to a realtor and not to you directly?
That is super suspect. Dump the lender. There is zero reason for this.
It's not a lender question. I'm a first time buyer is it okay to ask realtors how much of the commission I will pay?
Yes totally fine to ask. Generally the seller pays but 100% good to ask as I have seen a few try to get $$ from both which is a red flag
DUMP that Lender!
My lender just sent me a pre-approval letter, approved for certain amount, the amount of my down payment, loan to value percentage, and thats it.
no intructions to do what's next,no explanation of and or anything. I sent an email asking what next, no reply. more than a week passed by still nothing. I really want to work with you Jen, let me know what to do
Yes, definitely sounds like you should dump them. Feel free to give me a call. I’ll walk you through a preapproval process 707-478-0637.
What happens when we get ghosted by the appraiser?
Know the numbers when talking to any lender. The lenders can make from a couple thousand dollars off of your loan to $20,000+. Been there and seen it all.

Tf is lender
Your logic is extremely shallow. You are telling people to fall for all the glitz and glam while not paying attention to true substance and value. The world operated just fine before the internet and reviews. In fact, many business reviews are manufactured and fake, moreover, a business possessing many highly rated reviews tend to become less transparent and personable while using the "reviews" as a crutch of false validation. I'd advise people to ask others "Who did you use for your deal" and "Did they satisfy your goal"? There's a Mc Donald's around the corner with top reviews online, meanwhile there's an authentic Thai restaurant down the street that's not on the internet and is AMAZING.
We live in a digital age where if someone like something or someone they say it. If there is an amazing thai restaurant it will 100% have reviews online and likely 20 blogs written by food enthusiasts. People always rave about the good and the bad whether the business wants it or not.
@@JenniferBeeston You can’t tell people to trust reviews when so many are fake and bought. The internet is not to be trusted, plain and simple. The best way to find a great service is by word of mouth within your circle, close network of friends who have used said service and had a fantastic experience.
@@papermillprofacts, I worked for a place that had a company that they will pay just to post reviews every so often. I don’t trust reviews 😅
